1 /5 Eshaunte Williams: I do not recommend eating here. The food was some of the worst I’ve tried in Detroit. The people and service weren’t the best either. We all ordered something different and the four of us all threw the food away without even eating 1/3 of it

1 /5 Kyara Stallworth: If I could give 0 stars I would ! Today I called in for chili cheese fries with bacon . I came in and seen that fries were just sitting there so I know for a fact they weren’t fresh! The tall white guy with a bald spot in the back of his head came up to me to show me the fries . I touched the fried and they were cold and hard. The guy proceeded to say if you want it fresh don’t call it in and in my opinion why is the fries sitting out anyways ? Why is my fries cold ? So he argued back and forth with me saying the same thing “don’t call it in if you want it fresh” and this just goes to say “he” is not customer friendly! Thank you to the ladies who were very nice , I will never spend my money at this coney again !

5 /5 Tina Bennett: We got here at about 5:15pm on a Wednesday. There was no wait to sit down and our server, Terika, was quickly at our table getting our drink and appetizer order. She was very attentive and kept my coffee cup filled as well as our other drinks. She did NOT constantly keep asking if everything was ok but she did check in periodically. The Coney was awesome as were the fried mushrooms. My daughter (whos 10 and quite picky) loved her chicken sandwich and chocolate chip pancake. All in all, Id say one of the best Coney Islands weve been to. Definitely would recommend.

1 /5 carmen stewart: They will mess up your food and not correct it! I wish I could rate them a -zero! Ordered a omelette and grits meal which was placed in the same carry out box… NEVER in my 13yrs of coming to this Coney Island has this happen. The runny grits are all over the omelette. The bottom of the omelette is very soggy. Everytime I’ve ever ordered from here the grits were placed in a separate container. I called the owner and he stated he’s not remaking b/c eggs are $1 up and I should’ve told the lady that took the order to put in a separate container. How would that even be a request and the grits are NEVER a placed in the same container over 13yrs?. How about ask the customer!? You loss a customer over a $1! Very poor customer service. You’re responding back stating that I’m complaining about the way my food was prepared which was not the issue! It was the way it was boxed up in the container and I explained that to you over the phone. I was upset by the way I was treated. Yes I used social to give my review. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You’re missing the point and want to go back and forth with your customers instead of correcting it. I hope you have a blessed day and improve your customer service experience.
