4 /5 C L: Honestly I now know why people that come here only mention the pizza. The raviolis are solid as a rock. Ordered a few other Italian meals and they were way overpriced! It’s still just noodles right? Noodles are cheap. And this isn’t high grade Italian food, so not sure why so expensive. But it’s my mom’s most favorite pizza so still gave it a good rating.

5 /5 Sydney Potok: Delicious all around. Bread sticks, cheesy bread, chicken parmesan, and pepperoni pizza! The marinara was the best part, it was perfect with everything and their sauces are all restaurant made. Service was great and the restaurant followed covid procedures. There was one thing I noticed when I walked in though, it was the weird, unpleasant smell, it happened to be the cleaning solution they use, the smell did go away long before eating. Will definitely go back.

5 /5 MindBody Miller: Our first time there and must say the antipasta salad and their pizza was wonderful (lots of toppings to choose from)! Plenty to share and we were happy to have extra for the next day. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our holiday get together an excellent experience!

5 /5 Dan M: So a buddy mine took me to this restaurant he told me Ive been here before but I dont remember but its definitely a very casual restaurant/bar (beer and wine) and he claimed the food was super good and honestly I couldnt disagree the food, service and atmosphere was spectacular. Its definitely a family-owned restaurant, run very well you would miss it if you didnt know it was in the strip mall I definitely recommend will be back. Im told its been her over 40 years keep up the good work.

3 /5 Aileen Bowlby: Weve had excellent experiences dining in at Palermo. The wait staff is friendly. The pizza has always been wonderful, and the antipasto salad is so generously topped that youre often left wishing there was more lettuce for the toppings. I cant say the my carryout experience was as good. We ordered a large pizza. At the price point they charge, it should be consistently wonderful. There was no sauce on any part of the pizza except right up near the outer crust. Their sauce is part of what makes their pizza so good. If this had been the first time Id ordered their pizza, I would not be back--at least not for pizza. I also ordered a medium Greek salad. It came with one 4 oz. container of dressing ¾ full, and ¼ of that was feta cheese, so there was not nearly enough dressing for the salad. The chef placed a pile of circularly sliced onions on top of the lettuce and then piled everything else on top of that. When I went to get salad out with tongs, the tongs picked up some of the circular onions, causing a bunch of feta and beets to spill onto the counter. I had to dig the onions out, throw half away, and cut the rest up so they could be picked up with a fork as part of the salad. The bottom of the salad container had water in it, so I had to dry the lettuce on the bottom before putting the leftovers away so it wouldnt get soggy. I dont often call to complain, but since I didnt enjoy any of my dinner, I picked up the phone. The manager said he was sorry and said hed remake it if I bring it back right then. I dont have time for an extra half hour of driving and a half hour to wait for another order to be cooked. I explained this and he said he understood and said when I come back, mention this to him and hell give me a discount. I dont know who I talked to and dont really think I should have to mention this to him. This isnt how I expected this situation to be handled, and Im disappointed. If we go back itll be to dine in, and fingers crossed theres sauce on all of the pizza and the salad is made correctly.
