Proper Taco - (Near Midland, MI)

Brian Masserman I was hired by Doordash to photograph some menu items. The young staff seemed courteous and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I had the falafel bowl and it was fresh and delish! The prices also seemed reasonable for the area. I will be back.

Robert Jones Do not let the looks of this establishment fool you. The food is incredible. The inside looks like a restaurant but im unsure if they seat anyone. All the lights were off in the dining area and one section was full of boxes. The gentleman working the front desk / phones was very nice and helpful. I got the almond chicken dinner and was it packed with flavor! They also give you a huge portion of fried rice and chicken...enough to feed 2 people. I highly recommend checking out this spot if you are in the area...this might be my new go to Chinese spot.

Sassy Sassafras 10/2024 Amy makes a phenomenal Bloody Mary! ❣️ 2/2024 Dan the chef makes the best BLT Ive ever had!!!!! Its absolutely perfect! This is the greatest bar ever. Local bands every Saturday night. Love the staff..especially Amy, shes the bomb and is the best bartender EVER! She pours an excellent drink!!!! Our favorite local bar! Terrific food! Friendly staff. Dollar days every Thursday and Saturday! They offer a wide variety of foods as well as beers for $1. Update 12/21 still the greatest place with terrific staff. Sadly no more dollar days but still great prices and even better food! Kudos to Amy for a job well done!!

Jeff Cole The service is top notch. The food is delicious. The beer is cold. The vibe is good. What else could you ask for? This small Irish-style grille and pub is suitable for almost any mixed group: family, friends, colleagues. Wimpys 3 slider basket was more than just 3 sliders -- the spiders were juicy and cooked to order; the hand cut fries were exceptional. And paired with a local beer, the entire meal was a hit. Service was attentive and responsive. This place is no joke! Ive found a new favorite spot in Detroit.

Cheetos 74 Came to town for work, we decided to stop in and try this place based on the reviews, boy were we not disappointed!! Absolutely delicious! The soup flavorful and tasty. The crab cheese Rangoon were amazing and the Beef Cantonese chow mein was yummy!! When we come back next year this is going to be one of the places we visit again!!

Tenorio Bobby (DCKI 313) We recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience! We started off with their top shelf margaritas and a refreshing strawberry margarita. They were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kick off our meal. The chips and salsa were a great appetizer choice. We tried both the mild and hot salsa and mixed them together for a tasty combination. The drinks and appetizers were a great start to our dining experience. Despite the busy atmosphere, the bar staff provided prompt and attentive service. They were able to handle the crowd with ease, and we were impressed by their efficiency. The bartender was particularly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant decor was festive and had an authentic Mexican vibe, especially during the holiday season. It was evident that a lot of thought and effort went into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also learned that this place is a family-owned restaurant that has been open since 1962, which added to the charm. Now, lets talk about the food! I ordered the beef tip burrito with beans and rice, while my partner had the chicken burrito. Both burritos were absolutely amazing. The flavors were rich and the portions were generous. We couldnt have asked for better burritos. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The margaritas were top-notch, the service was prompt, the decor was festive, and the burritos were delicious. We highly recommend this place for a family-friendly and authentic Mexican dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
