5 /5 Todd Shorkey: We had a great experience and lunch at Prost! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were seated in the outdoor patio and enjoyed the view of the Uptown area. The food was incredible and I highly recommend the Whitefish dip! We had charcuterie and the dip, but will definitely be returning to try other things. Prices are in line with similar restaurants. Pricey, but worth it. I highly recommend visiting Prost.

5 /5 S: This is such a cozy and friendly restaurant. We were seated in the enclosed porch area. Even on a very cold night it was warm and welcoming especially with the heaters and blankets (which we did not need). Our server was Zoe, and she was excellent, striking the right balance of attentiveness and allowing us to take time in making our decisions. For me, the highlight was definitely the charcuterie board. The meats exceeded my expectations, really delicious! A wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back the next time. I’m in the area.

5 /5 Ellie Sellers: This afternoon, I had the pleasure of dining at Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie in Bay City, and it more than lived up to its reputation. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Ambiance & Service Walking into Prost, you’re greeted by chic decor and warm lighting that sets a relaxed yet upscale tone. The staff were gracious, attentive, and clearly passionate about their menu — they walked us through wine pairings and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Our server, Morgan was the epitome of what a server should strive to be! She was very nice and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our dining experience. 12/10 service. The Food Two highlights especially stood out: Chorizo Bowl: Bold, savory, and perfectly balanced. The chorizo was rich and spiced just right, paired with complementary ingredients so that each bite offered depth and contrast. It was hearty without being heavy, and left me wanting more. Berry Ricotta Flatbread: What a delight. The sweetness of the berries and the creamy tang of the ricotta played beautifully against the crisp, slightly chewy flatbread crust. It was elegant but unfussy — a perfect example of how Prost elevates simple ingredients into something memorable. Every dish was thoughtfully plated and clearly made with care. Overall Impressions Prost strikes a lovely balance: it feels special enough for a celebration but comfortable enough to visit any day. For anyone in or passing through Bay City looking for amazing food, great wine, and a refined, friendly atmosphere — Prost is a gem. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu

5 /5 Emily Lehman: I’ve had 2 great meals here. As a sober person, I loved the mocktail list. Lavender fizz is so good! Jimmy was my server both times. He was awesome! He remembered me the second time I came in and it had been a couple weeks. He knows the menu and is very helpful. 10/10 will be back
