RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH Detroit - (Near Birmingham, MI)

2 /5 Z: Decided to try this spot since it’s brand new and reservations are already booked out 3–4 months. The presentation across the board was excellent, but the food itself was mostly average. The burger with potato fries didn’t stand out, though the potato purée was very good and the lamb chops were decent. The dessert was easily the highlight—both the best-tasting dish and the most impressive presentation of the night. Overall, I’d give the food a 2.5/5, but the atmosphere and stunning décor deserve a 5/5. That’s really what you’re paying for here.

4 /5 Anna Herbert: The restaurant itself is pretty, the vibe is awesome. Grilled shrimp and fried artichokes were really good. Ribeye steak was good. My filet was overdone. I asked for medium and got well done ( i hate well done steak). The waiter did not even come to check and ask whether the food was to our expectations. Considering it is still new and the staff has some things to work on, I will give another try. They definitely need to make some improvements in terms of service and food.

5 /5 Lisa Green: Very nice and atmospheric place, and the waitress was sweet and pleasant. I liked that the venue is spacious and full of light. I ordered a shrimp salad, and my friend had a poached eggs from the lunch menu. Everything was tasty. I’ll come back later to try other items on the menu since I wasn’t very hungry today. For a first visit, I’m pleasantly satisfied, and I hope the next times will be just as enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, which made the visit feel so welcoming. The food was truly a 10 out of 10—absolutely delicious. I also loved the atmosphere; it’s elegant, relaxing, and perfect for a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

5 /5 Luxury Chaos: loved everything about my experience at RH Rooftop Birmingham. The location on top of the RH Gallery is stunning, and the ambiance makes it a perfect place for a celebration. The sea bass with mashed potatoes and cake was phenomenal. The fish literally melted in my mouth, and the mashed potatoes were full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. We were celebrating a birthday and were surprised with complimentary Bellinis, which were delicious and such a thoughtful touch. From there, we followed it up with glasses of champagne and a few shots, which made the night even more fun. My friend ordered the filet with asparagus and added roasted potatoes, and the steak came out juicy, tender, and cooked beautifully. Every dish we tried was executed so well. This was one of those meals that really sticks with you, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.
