Savvy Sliders - Rochester Hills

Rating: 4.7 /5
Kevin Donaldson Not from the area and needed food when most other places were already closed in a Saturday night. Found Savy Sliders on Google maps and it looked pretty good.... Well, looks can be deceiving, because it was AMAZING! From taking our order to bringing the food the staff was beyond polite and helpful! We had an original Savy slider, a famous fried chicken, the English cod, and a classic prime beef. The bread was fresh and delicious. The beef was juicy and not overcooked or overseasoned which was nice because the meat actually had great flavor. Toppings all worked well and were the perfect amount to taste everything together. The fried chicken was REALLY well cooked... Crispy, not too salty, and again very juicy. Cod was quite good with the tarter sauce and if you are a fish and chips fan would probably love it. Fries are crinkle cut and thick... Perfectly crisped on the outside and fluffy on the inside as well as perfectly seasoned! Aaaaaaand the custard shakes are STUPID GOOD! We tried the banana and strawberry and they were phenomenal! It took a few more minutes from order to food on the table than some fast food places, but for the flavor and freshness.... Absolutely worth a little bit of extra time.

The New Orleans Gourmet - Clinton Township

Rating: 5 /5
Brandon Rutherford Was struggling to find something to eat today for lunch. Drive all over town not deciding on anything. Eventually just said I’ll get an Olga’s Sandwich. After pulling into the parking lot, I noticed “The New Orleans Gourmet.” Without hesitation, I went there instead. Walked in and was a little confused by the setup. It’s a premade restaurant, everything is cooked and put in a cooler. The food looked great nonetheless. I decided on Jambalaya and Alligator bites. Man am I glad I chose this for lunch. So much flavor. I can’t recommend enough!!! I can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

Kathlene A perfect place to warm up on a snowy afternoon. We had delicious Maple Cinnamon lattes. The pastries look incredible but well have to try them another day.

THE GRILL SHACK DEARBORN - Detroit

Rating: 4.6 /5
Saleh Hadarah The Grill Shack — A Hidden Gem for Comfort Food Lovers! I recently stopped by The Grill Shack, and I was blown away by how good the food was! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. Their rice bowls are absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, generous portions, and the mix of grilled meat, veggies, and sauce hits all the right notes. The burgers are next-level too — juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavor stands out with every bite. And I have to mention the chicken Philly — it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Tender chicken, melty cheese, and that perfect toasted roll make it a must-try. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole vibe of the place feels warm and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or dinner, The Grill Shack is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend it!

Sheila Johnson Amazing farm to table food. We had the walleye for our main, the squash appetizer and the ice cream of the day which was grape with a drizzle of olive oil and flaky salt. It was incredible.
