The Foundry Grill MKG - (Near Muskegon, MI)

5 /5 Ryan D: Really an all around excellent place. The Core is great and has so many great businesses inside and The Foundry Grill MKG is a definite highlight. One of the best smashburgers I have ever had, the spices they put on their Sweet Potato Fries are amazing. This isn’t some generic run of the mill burger place, their food is legit and my wife and I haven’t stopped talking about how much we loved it and how we can’t wait to go back. Go there. Now! They have Philly cheesesteaks, burgers, wings, meatball hero. You won’t be disappointed. Take it from me, some guy! Really though, give it a shot.

2 /5 Kalee Rife: I have had the foundry several times, and this will be my last. Their food is NEVER consistent in quality, or taste. Their sauces never seem to be the same for their wings. Last night my husband ordered a smash burger, I got a buffalo chicken sandwich, and we shared the pretzels for an app. We not only waited over 45 minutes for our food, but once we got it, it was close to inedible. The cheese for our pretzels was so hard you couldn’t use it. My husband’s burger was a “smash burger” but in reality was just a frozen patty thrown on a bun. We each got about 10 fries with our meal. A $50 meal that was nothing but a waste.

5 /5 Jacob Wierengo: We stopped in for appetizers at The Foundry Grill, and holy cow — they did not disappoint! The cheese curds were absolutely next level — unlike anything I’ve had before. Perfectly crisp, melty, and packed with flavor. I’d go back just for those. The animal fries? Also a huge win. Loaded, indulgent, and just plain delicious. As for the pretzel sticks… they were just your standard pretzel sticks. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the mood for some killer apps.

1 /5 Emma Chalifoux: This was maybe the worst burger I’ve ever had. Think cafeteria burger, definitely frozen. Ordered the classic smash burger, was not a smash patty, and didn’t come with onions (it said it would). Photos from other reviews look like a real smash burger, so maybe this was an off night, but I’d definitely skip this place next time.

5 /5 Chris work music: Best place in town if ya ask me. Highly recommend great food great people i get the Muskegon burger with a extra patty and my wife gets the perch plater definitely fills us up. And we will definitely be coming back the people are amazing and the cooks do a very good job. Highly recommend going there.
