1 /5 Kareem Raslan: I’m not exactly sure what’s happened, but the last few times I’ve been to this location, service has been awful. I’ve tried to be understanding because mistakes happen, but I don’t want to deal with this anymore.
In September, I ordered a coffee that never came. I had to remind my waitress of it, and it still didn’t come. Turns out it was sitting on the counter forgotten.
In November, I ordered my food, and in a relatively empty restaurant I still didn’t have it nearly 30 minutes later. The waitress came by and asked me if I was ready to pay the bill, at which point I asked when I could expect my food to come out. It turned out that they hadn’t even sent my order to the kitchen.
Today, with only four other tables filled, I sat down and was presented with a menu. 20 minutes later, nobody had come by to take my order. I ended up leaving.
I love the food here, but I’m just not willing to put up with this anymore. I don’t want to play a guessing game as to whether or not I’ll be eating within an hour of sitting down.
