1 /5 Rana: I wish I could give this place less than one star. The service was practically nonexistent from the moment we walked in. It took 15 minutes just to get water and another 20 minutes before anyone took our order. When our food finally came out, it was cold. We asked for it to be redone, and the staff acted like it was an inconvenience.
If you’re in the food and service industry, you need to care about your customers — that’s how you keep people coming back. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Between the poor service and low food quality, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of better options in Waterford. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place doesn’t last much longer if things don’t change.
