4 /5 Albert Emery: I had seen a lot of good things about this place, including an article in MLive that ranked them a top 10 wing place in the state. Im not ready to go that far with them.
I found the wing quality to be low. They werent that crunchy and did not have a lot of flavor. I feel like that they could have been cooked a little longer also.
From what I observed, this place prides itself on its sauces. So I tried their Mardi gras, sweet bbq and the garlic parm, which was supposedly one of their signature sauces. The garlic parm had good flavor with parmesan cheese on the top. Unlike traditional garlic parm sauce, which is rich and creamy, this was more tangy and zesty. Not bad at all. As for the others, they were nothing special, or at least not something that Id rush out and buy.
Overall, I was underwhelmed by the wings. Aside from the garlic parm sauce, which was pretty flavorful, I really wasnt that impressed.
