Darren Simmons Walked in to a great little three piece jazz band by the bar. Very cool. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is very comfortable, almost to the point you don’t want to leave. The homemade bread and olive tapenade is a fantastic way to start. We had the melanzana eggplant appetizer, awesome. Entrees were penne romanoff with vodka sauce and Anthony’s pasta with sausage and meatballs, risotto frutti dimare and the risotto fungi. All were absolutely fantastic. It’s a must try if you love authentic Italian cuisine.

Jasraj Singh Hidden gem of a spot, let’s keep it like that. Some of the best breakfast I have ever had. Breakfast ends at a true 12:00pm, so get there early and have the best sausage and gravy of your life. The food was cooked to perfection; eggs, bacon, and potatoes all tasted like your grandma just cooked. The blueberry French toast was delicious, proper homemade style thick cut toast soaked and pan heated to fluff and stuff. No frills, good attitude, and take care of your servers. Anytime I’m heading upstate I will try to fit this in my route if I can.

R C The food is delicious and large portions. It is understandable why this place is so popular/has such a cult following. The spaghetti parm here is amazing. I got a small portion and it was still huge. You can ask for plain sauce if you are vegetarian. I thought the fact their napkins can be worn as bibs was hilarious but its also practical. The walls are covered with pictures of famous guests and it really adds to the unique atmosphere. You can also buy their sauce, gift sets, and napkin/bibs here.

Little Italy Restaurant and Pizzeria - Canton

Jason Rutkauskas Outstanding Catering Experience – Thank You, Little Italy Canton! We recently celebrated our daughter’s high school graduation this past June, and we had the pleasure of having Little Italy Canton cater the event. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. We began planning back in December with Jessica and her incredible team. From the very first meeting, Jessica took the time to walk us through each dish, offering thoughtful suggestions on what would work best for our event. Her knowledge and professionalism were immediately evident, and we felt confident we were in great hands. The food was a hit! We started off with a “Wing Bar” for appetizers, followed by a delicious main course spread, and later in the evening, ten pizzas were brought out for a late-night snack—which turned out to be a huge success with our guests! Every dish was exactly as promised—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Jessica’s attention to detail was beyond reproach. Her team arrived on time, helped with setup, and ensured everything ran smoothly. What stood out most was the consistency—her original quote from our first meeting stayed the same right through to the day of the party, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and the overall presentation. Without a doubt, Little Italy Canton played a big role in making our celebration memorable. Thank you, Jessica and your amazing staff—you did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate it!

Charlie Matthews This is a tourist diner, the atmosphere was an 11 out of 10, and the food was pretty good. The desserts were fantastic! Considering all things, I’d give it a 5 stars overall and I would go back. But…. I will give a critical review of the Reuben. I feel like I’m very well traveled and exposed to a lot of different foods from all across the US (check out all my reviews) to give a fair assessment. So with all that in mind, I’ll say it… y’all use (and it seems all of NYC delis) too much meat, not enough sauerkraut. Yes, I said it. Not enough sauerkraut to meat balance. And the dressing is served on the side, which I kind of liked the concept, but I didn’t like the actual dressing. ( For reference - The best Reuben I’ve ever had was in middle America, legit KC.) But all that aside, the other menu items were great. Especially the Hungarian goulash. I’d order it next time myself. But the overall menu was huge and there’s a lot to try, so we will be back again one day. And the best part of the meal was dessert. Everything we got was excellent. Give it a shot yourself, but go early or late, or you will have to wait.
