Kolleen Shallcross We had this place on our local list to try and finally got a chance to stop by. I had a hibiscus juice, Spanish rice, and a chicken flour tortilla taco. My guest had a shrimp taco and a fish taco. We shared guac & chips. The waiter was so chill and efficient. He helped out with the menu and did not rush us. The atmosphere was quaint and lovely. The tablecloths were a nice atmosphere. We absolutely loved the food! Everything was prepared well, with the possibility to adjust the heat. I can’t do anything spicy and my guest loves extra heat. She tried all the home made sauces and enjoyed every one. I ended up ordering another tortilla to break my taco into two. The chicken was perfectly flavored without being spicy hot. The tablecloth had some food stains and could have been handled with a glass overlay or plastic. The restroom was honey, but the commode was extremely low and hard on anyone with knee issues. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely be back.

melissa haynes The bathroom s could of been kept on on there were Dirty.not like dirty just pappers towels thrown everywhere. The waiter tress didnt bring out our side dishes until we were ready to go so we took them home she forgot. Them the machine would take one of our gift card so ended up being a night mare good thing grad my purses. Our bill was 128. I did leave her a 40. Tip not sure if I feel comfortable coming back.

330mongo Our server tonight was Maggie. She was awesome quick to follow up with orders. Everything came out hot. Very friendly places got a great atmosphere. It was a fun time. Food was awesome. Highly recommend it. We were here on Thursday night for the Syracuse nationals.

Nini Kaur Carlos is amazing!! From the gorgeous decor and wallart, it feels like you are dining in Italy. The pizza slices we ordered were pepperoni, sausage, chicken. Eveything was delicious. We did not sit in the dining room, that will be next time. Hopefully the beautiful bar will open soon. Place was busy.
