5 /5 Key West Ted: Apizza Regionale was such a great surprise! We came in on a busy night and still felt completely taken care of—everyone was so attentive and friendly, even people who weren’t technically our server. Service like that goes a long way! Now let’s talk about the pizza—wow. You can really tell it’s homemade and wood-fired. Everything tasted fresh, the crust had that perfect crisp, and the ingredients were clearly high quality. Definitely some of the best pizza we’ve had in a while. The only thing I’d mention is that the space inside felt a little tight with lots of tables but honestly, it didn’t bother us. It was still had a good energy overall. We’d absolutely go back. Great food, amazing service, and a fun casual night out!

This is how pizza should be. Service was top-notch, even during a busy night. Our drinks were always full, and the staff checked in on us regularly—even those who weren’t our server. It really felt like a team effort, and it made the experience feel seamless and welcoming. The atmosphere was the only slight knock, and even then it wasn’t a big deal. The interior felt a little crowded with tables, and had a bit of a cafeteria vibe—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza, excellent service, and a casual, energetic spot in Syracuse!
