1 /5 MacKenzie Smith: Is tiny, oily, green chicken the new Applebee’s standard? I’ve eaten at this location many times—it’s usually just okay. But this time, I went home hungry. I ordered the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders, and what I got was sad: tiny, dry, oily breaded scraps with almost no chicken inside. They looked nothing like the photo on the menu. A kind waitress admitted that’s all they had tonight for chicken tenders and removed it from my bill. Fair enough—I’d already lost my appetite. What pushed me to write this review was the blonde manager who came over insisting this was “the industry standard.” The picture on the menu said otherwise. We’re young, not clueless. She dismissed our concerns, acted annoyed, and begrudgingly offered dessert I definitely didn’t want. Listening around the room, ours wasn’t the only meal being sent back. I feel bad for the staff working under management like this.

1 /5 Michael Ricigliano: I went to this location because I thought the one in Batavia was great and I thought that all their locations would be just as good. I was completely wrong. Ordered the lunch specials, a chicken sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger. I was asked how I wanted the burger cooked. Pink or no pink. Simple enough. I went with no pink. My wife got the chicken and asked if she could get the grilled one. No problem. Wife’s chicken was great. No complaints. My burger was raw and cold in the middle except the outside, even near the edges which is usually cooked more then the middle. This thing was raw, and all the fries on both plates were cold. I let my waitress know about the burger, she asked me if I wanted another one made and I said no I would just take this home and finish cooking it later. Since the fries were inedible, I had really nothing to eat there. We did get new fries as my wife asked for them and the waitress did say she was bringing out fries for both of us. Only one small plate of fries came. My bill came and I would have thought they would have removed the raw burger. I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be removed, if I didn’t eat it. Paid for everything as I should have, but they lost a customer in the end. I won’t be going back there.

5 /5 Boatsmiler: I always have great food and service here. Most recent was a few days ago, the bourbon street steak, mouth watering. In the past Ive had the bacon cheeseburger with endless fries and Pepsi. Outstanding and my servers were top notch too Rick Canandaigua, New York

5 /5 James Cavatta: Was having a really bad day came to Applebee’s just stopped in for a beer and I noticed everybody was smiling And the store was very inviting ! The manager, Jen was amazing. She was down to earth and funny and really helped bring my day up. I wound up eating and had a very good meal With a nice cold beer, but most importantly, it was the atmosphere and the people that made the impact on me. I would suggest this Applebee’s location to anyone. They really did a great job and are very nice people.
