5 /5 Narcissa De Jesus: I originally was planning for a large dinner event & was in communication with Savannah, she shared all information needed & answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately due to unfortunate circumstances I wasn’t able to have a large dinner anymore. However I was still invited for a birthday dinner & I enjoyed every second from the moment I walked it. It’s beautiful, a very photogenic space & the food is even better. There was exceptional customer service all around. Would 100% be returning. Thank you so much for making my day feel special despite my loss ❤️ I added pictures of the coconut mojito, the Bandera blend with skirt steak ( the rice is under the egg) & the complimentary shot of coquito!

3 /5 Ioanna Ninos: Food was delicious but the service left a sour taste in our mouths. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the server took ages to check up on us. We requested to switch out the rice and beans for a side of fries, since all 3 of our plates came with rice and beans, and she said this was not possible and that we would have to order it as a separate side. The cocktails were good and the guacamole was great, but we somehow ended up with very few chips and had half the guac left over. The decor and ambiance is less aesthetic than the LIC location; the Williamsburg Blend feels like a sad imitation. Definitely go to Blend on the Water for a nicer experience overall.

1 /5 Sarah Lopez: I have been coming here for years solely because I enjoy their saltado, but every single visit is overshadowed by consistently disappointing service. The staff spends more time chatting amongst themselves than attending to their customers. On more than one occasion, I have waited over 30 minutes just to receive tap water, which is unacceptable by any standard. While the food itself may be good, the poor service completely ruins the experience. It makes the meal unenjoyable and, quite honestly, leaves a bad taste despite the quality of the dishes. There is no sense of hospitality, no one checks in to see if everything is okay, if the food is satisfactory, or if you need anything else. You feel ignored, unwelcome, and unvalued as a customer. It is hard to believe this establishment is managed by adults, especially Patric. The lack of professionalism gives the impression of a childish operation rather than a serious business. The ambience and views are beautiful, but they only mask how deeply flawed the service truly is. A visually appealing space means nothing when the customer experience is this poor. Good food alone is not enough. Until the service improves, this place will continue to disappoint.

3 /5 N Patten: We have been going to Blend for a while as a place to celebrate birthdays etc. But when we made reservations this time we were told it was under new management and we were very skeptical. The place looks the same so no changes there, we wanted to sit on the roof but were told there was a leak so we had to sit in doors which was what it was. The service was great, the waiters were taking away plates and glasses before we were even done with them and they were quick to respond to our request. The new manager Fabian was very attentive, he was walking the floor checking to make sure things were OK. And our waitress Estefania was very pleasant and was also attentive. The only issue i had was the food itself, some of the menu items simply did not taste the same and it wasnt an improvement. The mushroom pizza and the coconut rice which we all loved was off. The drinks however were great, still strong. Happy hour drinks are no longer served at the table, you must be at the bar, which was a bummer and you might have to pay for services such as the cake platters and the sign they bring out. I do place orders to go and I noticed that the quantity of food in the take out container was definitely alot less than what u get in house even though its the same price, my hubby was not pleased.
