Bourbon & Burger Co. - (Near Batavia, NY)

3 /5 Hope: We didnt have a good experience here, unfortunately. We waited several minutes to be seated, which is totally fine but you would think one of the four people behind the bar would acknowledge our existence and say that the hostess would be right with us. One person was playing on her phone the whole time. Turns out the hostess was behind the bar and still said nothing. They all just stared at us when we walked in and while we waited. We ordered appetizers and 15 minutes later, we had to flag down our server to remind her that we still needed to order our entrees. Our burgers didnt come for the longest time. Meanwhile, people around us were getting served their food though they arrived after us, the 15-minute delay notwithstanding. By the way, it was only 4:00 p.m. and it wasnt busy at all! By time we left around 6:00, which was way too long to be there but the burgers took so long to come, it was definitely busy but not when we were there. This was two Saturdays ago. We were there a full hour before the server even cleared the appetizers and the empty beer glasses. We had ordered more to drink and everything was piling up in the center of the smallest table ever. She never even cleared the menus. So the food was great but the service was terrible.

5 /5 Charles Quagliana: My wife and I have been going here since 2021 and this is one of my favorite places to get a burger in WNY! There are over 30 different burgers on the menu along with a nice selection appetizers and sides,. We love the fried green beans and pickles, so yummy! Then there is THE BOURBON SELECTION.....43 different kinds! very good cocktails and a wide selection of brews as well. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The servers are friendly and the food is GREAT.

3 /5 Raymond Fisher: Not the fault of our server looked like she was the only one waiting tables. The decor was nicely, done they could of turned the heat up. Will have to try again when its warmer. Dont know if the kitchen was swamped with orders just felt like it took a long time to get our food.

5 /5 Monica P: Clean, attentive. We went at an optimal time, just before 5p. Lots of burger options. Drink specials sounded yummy though I didn’t partake. My daughter had the everyday fish fry, no complaints. Bill under$30??!! Will def visit again

5 /5 Michael Slawson: Bourbon & Burgers in Batavia is always a go-to spot for me. The Burning Love burger is hands-down my favorite — perfectly spicy, loaded with flavor, and cooked just right every time. Their beer selection is consistently great, with something solid to pair with any meal. On top of all that, the prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality you get. Easily one of the best places around for a laid-back, delicious meal.
