5 /5 John Barriga: Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Chez Nous in Schenectady NY, and let me tell you, it was a truly exceptional experience. In fact, I would argue that it could hold its own against any restaurant in NYC. The food was simply outstanding - I ordered the Tenderloin of Beef & Shrimp Etouffee, and every bite was cooked to perfection. The lobster cream sauce was a standout, and the beef medallions practically melted in my mouth.
But it wasnt just the food that impressed me - the staff at Chez Nous were incredible. Our server, Kayla, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting. The bar at the end of the dining room added to the welcoming feeling, with the sound of laughter filling the air as people enjoyed themselves.
Overall, I cant recommend Chez Nous highly enough. It truly stands out as one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining at.
