5 /5 Leslie Vosshall: Delightful, award-winning bagel shop that is 1000x more than just a "bagel shop." Tepper is famous for small batch sourdough bagels, served with the highest-quality and often locally-sourced ingredients. The seasonal cream cheeses are delicious and creative, and the fish spread is bursting with thai chili and fresh herbs. Our favorite is the Circles Bagel, which features cream cheese, shiso leaf, cucumber, red onions, and the best chili crisp (be sure to add tomato if you celebrate tomato). The seasonal offerings including the most amazing B.L.T. and turkey sandwich are delicious. Lots of offerings for vegetarians, too. Tepper and his team are incredibly friendly and the bright, sunny space exudes happiness. Coffee beverages are served in cups made by the pottery artist who does the exuberant branding for Circles. Circles is special and going there weekly brings joy. A perfect pit stop for your Hudson visit, for visitors and locals.

5 /5 Osama Malik: I had one of the best bagels Ive ever tasted at Circles. I ordered the Circles bagel, which comes with cream cheese, shiso, cucumbers, red onions, and chili crisp. While it was pretty messy to eat, the flavors were incredible. The quality of ingredients really stood out, especially the heirloom tomatoes on my wifes bagel. Everything tasted fresh and was bursting with flavor. The person working there was friendly, offering helpful suggestions and politely answering our questions. I loved the vibrant interior of the shop, with its bright colors and cool branding. Its clear theyve put a lot of thought into the entire experience, from the branding to the ingredients and menu itself. If I’m ever back in the area, I look forward to trying more amazing bagels.

3 /5 Sabrina Boukheir: We ordered a nova lox with pickled onion on a sesame bagel and the special of the day which, as written, was a “bacon egg and cheese.” As served, the BEC also came with spicy relish on both sides of the bagel without that being told to us beforehand or written anywhere. Absolutely diabolical. Also I have never been to a bagel or coffee shop with employees who seemed so miserable :( Oh also, if you have any TMJ issues, these bagels are tough to chew. But if you like sesame seeds, fire bagel!
