Dinosaur Bar-B-Que - (Near Rochester, NY)

5 /5 Sarah Bogdan: Good food, good service. We got the 5 piece fried green tomatoes to start and probably should’ve gotten the 3 piece because the pieces were a bit bigger than expected (a good thing!) and pretty filling, but so so good especially with the ranch. Ribs, greens, and mac and cheese were good too.

5 /5 Matias Gomez Amaya: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is incredible! The meat is absolutely delicious — I can’t say more. I ordered takeout and it was ready in less than 15 minutes, super fast and convenient. If you want to dine in, definitely make a reservation. It’s always busy, and that alone tells you how good the place is. I had a plate with different meats, plus mac and cheese and red beans as sides. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. They even included cornbread, which was the perfect touch. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Glenn Gatineau: You’ll have to wait for a table at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, but it’s absolutely worth it. The quality of the food is outstanding. In my opinion one of the best barbecue spots you can eat at. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and really knows the menu. We were a group of five and shared the family-style barbecue platter, which was more than enough. We ended up with left overs The ribs literally melted off the bone, the brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The cornbread was perfectly cooked, the coleslaw had a great balance of crunchy and creamy, and the mac and cheese was rich and comforting. Even the homemade fries were spot on, soft on the inside with just the right crunch. A must-visit if you’re a barbecue fan.

5 /5 Bryan Sanders: Great BBQ and live music! Side Eye plays here and its always a groovy time! The brisket is so good plus fantastic pulled pork and the Dino putine is phenomenal! Great bar and room for live music! They also have a late night menu after 10 pm. The smoked chicken wings are killer!

5 /5 Leah Latham: We had a minimal wait, party of 2. We got a 3 meat combo plate and 2 sides and it was plenty to share! Was actually affordable too! The brisket was my fav, like bar none-compared to others, knocks it out of the park, I could have just ate that. But then the Cajun corn came in… holy babies, that was good. Order it. We are so glad we stopped in on our travels, Sydney was an excellent server, helped recommend and we were not disappointed!
