Jeremy Lloyd Charlie Riedels, any of the 3 locations, are some of the best overall dining experiences one could have even though its essentially a burger and hots joint. Always, the service is excellent. The front end staff is always extremely attentive both when slamming busy and when its slow. The cooks in the kitchen cook perfect to order burgers, fries, hot dogs, fish fries, and more. The meat sauce is unique and absolutely flavor packed. The thick dill pickles on the counter are sensational. If you havent tried Charlie Riedels yet, dont hesitate at all --> You and your whole family will love it!

Melissa S. I have a lot of respect for the new owners of this establishment. Instead of simply complaining about your job, why not become the boss and make it better? This place is well-run, and my meal was so much better than from the old owner. My friend Ann thinks this is the best place because "You can eat a good breakfast and shop by 9 am". It has a cool small town vibe where the customers are well-known.

The Cool Dad Wow.... What a gem!! Ran across them after spending the day hiking Letchworth and what an amazing end to the day!! Food was absolutely too notch, service was friendly and quick. Youll want to try the smoked pork quesadilla and the mac n cheese with chicken strips!! 10/10 would definitely go again when were in the area!!
