5 /5 Tyler Walrath: From the moment we walked in the service was great. The hosts were so friendly (Akeily was so nice)! Once we sat down we were able to enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the historic restaurant. Maddie was a fantastic waitress and the food was outstanding. We did the prefix tasting menu and every dish was top tier. Highly recommend for a romantic date night or fun evening!

5 /5 Christopher Shemanski: My husband and I dined at Edgewood Restaurant + Bar on a Friday evening after checking in at the Hutton Brickyards, where the restaurant is conveniently located on the property. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm—our server struck that perfect balance between attentiveness and ease. We began with the frisée salad and duck pâté, both beautifully presented and deliciously balanced. But the true highlight of the meal was the porterhouse for two—a masterpiece of preparation. It was perfectly seared, had a juicy interior, and seasoned just right! We opted to add two additional sides which included the French fries and green beans, which were both executed with the same care as the main dish. Cocktails were meticulously made and refreshing to accompany our meal. Whether you’re staying on property or simply nearby, Edgewood offers a complete dining experience with historic ambiance and outstanding service. A must-visit in the Hudson Valley.

5 /5 Angela Gray: Came here for brunch and the food was delicious! We were stuffed! But we were staying at Brickyard so we had a nice walk back down to our cabin. The quiche was amazing with a nice glass of rose. My husband got the steak and potatoes. Cleaned the plate! The night before we came for drinks at the bar before we did dinner at Sorry Charlie. Overall amazing experience at Edgewood!

This restaurant punches way above its weight class- incredible food, wonderful service (shout out to Maddie ) historic atmosphere. A combination that is hard to beat. I can’t recommend this place enough. The beef main course was complex and simply amazing. This chef truly knows how to flavor food. The appetizer salad was so good, you can’t put your fork down for even a minute. The chicken and the cod entrees were both over the top fantastic. Desserts kicked butt too. We didn’t leave any behind ! The dark chocolate mouse is an all out sensation. Run don’t walk !
