Mario Alex Gonzalez An absolute gem of a fine dining establishment. Me and two other gentlemen enjoyed a mountain of food that was all with incredibly fresh food that was cooked to perfection. We got the seafood tower which gave us a great indication that the food was going to be amazing. The soup of the night was delicious and so were the dishes we got.

Mary Naughton I’m so glad I came in for brunch/lunch. This is a pretty spot with really good food and drink options. I ordered a Smoking Bishop. I watched the bartender smoking it at the bar. It looks like a tiny whiskey cask with a hose funnelling the smoke to the drink and a cover to keep in the smoke. Aside from seeing it (because it’s pretty cool tbh), I didn’t find it tasted smokey at all, not even a hint. It was tasty but I’ll opt for something else next time. I’ve been able to really get that smoked whiskey flavor elsewhere but I’m not sure what their process was. We also had an Italian soda - lychee flavor, it was a bit sweeter than expected but full of flavor. We enjoyed the lobster croissant, it had great flavor. I’d love to come back and try a few other things too.

Heather Sanderhoff We had our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding at Waterman’s and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The owners Amy and Bill are just the sweetest and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right. From the planning stages to the big day, they were incredibly helpful, organized, and genuinely cared about making the wedding special. The venue itself is adorable — rustic yet elegant, with such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was and how delicious and fun the drinks were, they loved the drinks served in the mason jars! They made sure everything ran smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Waterman’s for making the day unforgettable. If you’re looking for the perfect cozy or intimate wedding venue with amazing service and a one-of-a-kind charm, this is it! Would also be the perfect location for a birthday party, graduation celebration , baby or wedding shower or even a retirement party. And did I mention the food? The food was incredible — our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! The mac & cheese, in particular, was out of this world — creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Looking forward to trying brunch very soon!

Cypphire This was my husband first time here, and were not sure if we got super lucky or what, but the sushi quality was exceptional. I have been to many sushi places, and this was the best by far. We had 6 specialty rolls, which were perfectly balanced and well portioned. It almost rivaled an omakase. The fish quality was delicate, especially the tuna. It didnt have a sharp or strong fish taste to it. I usually like ginger or some wasabi on sushi, but I could not care for it here. There would usually be one roll we would consider mediocre, but not here. My husband got the Thousand Island roll and it had me jealous it was on his plate. The portion are bigger than the average sushi size, so we thought we may have regretted ordering 6 specialty rolls, until we realized how good everything was. As we were getting full, we were sad about struggling with the last few pieces. No worries, no sushi left behind! The service was excellent. Heck, even the napkins quality almost felt like nice towel. The bill came out to $140 (not including tip), no regrets. I was not expecting to find a hole in the wall in Watertown NY out of all places
