Hacienda Authentic Mexican Restaurant - (Near Watertown, NY)

Brian L Good all around. Nice atmosphere and appearance. Small but what I would consider a popular menu. We ordered the special that was chicken and biscuits (with mashed potatoes) and the Philly cheesesteak. The Philly was very good, served on an excellent bun with a wicked cool custom grill stamp on top! Again, I really liked the presentation here. The house cut fries also had a very tasty seasoning. I would recommend bottled water if you want water. The tap has a very strong sulfer taste.

Nina Roberts I’ve had the pleasure of dining here more than once now and have found every dish and drink a complete DELIGHT of the senses!!!!! I think my favorite things they do are care of their staff and support the community with food love inclusion and $. More restaurants and businesses can absolutely operate this way and should, thank you LDO for leading by example. I’ll add that the prices are so reasonable given the evident skill love quality and creativity that have gone into the menu. Everything is delicious and different. Sharing many plates is encouraged and it’s definitely more fun! order the chef’s kiss if you wanna giggle. Liam gives amazing love advice (menu item). Good job everybody every time!

Ira Teich What a wonderful experience. A professionally managed and staffed restaurant. Before we sat, two bread baskets were on the table, dipping dishes of oil and balsamic vinegar for the bread, water carafe and menus waiting for the seven of us. This was a Sunday night at 6:15 and the place was packed with customers. Matt P. , our waiter was attentive, anticipated what we would want, he helped make the dining experience enjoyable. The food portions were ample and reasonably priced. Some in our party ordered various kinds of pizza; the crust was reminiscent of what we ate in Italy; lovely. I had the pasta butera, great; others had the chicken parm and lastly the sausage fennel and pasta. The noise level was on the high side but we didn’t have too much trouble hearing each other. The desserts were very good (cannoli, flourless chocolate cake, tartoufo, chocolate lava cake and a root beer float) were all very good. If the tip was calculated at the typical 20% of the pretax total or double the tax, it would be too low to show how much we appreciated Matt P.

Mary Fish Easy to order online and got $3off the pickup. Took about 15 minutes longer than quoted but nbd. Staff was friendly. Wings were big and fresh and the Buffalo Garlic had a nice kick but not a lingering hot. Good amount of extra sauce to dip the pizza crust in. Decent price for wings nowadays. XL pizza is probably the equivalent of a sheet, feeds about 6-8 depending on your appetite. Pizza dough was baked just right and the crust was crisp and chewy. Sauce didn’t give me heartburn, big plus. Would have like two more blue cheese cups for 50 wings but not an issue, next time we know to ask. Overall good first time.

Scott Bigelow Ordering from the online menu was quick and easy. The salads were a good size. The added salmon was delicious. They dont have avocados. Check your to go orders before you leave.

Venehisa Ayala The service was great the food was delicious and the location was on point. The atmosphere was very welcoming the drinks were well priced for happy hour. I would definitely recommend the tamarind sangria. Yummy. The calamari was cooked right. Definitely recommend.
