Breaking Bread - Staten Island

Rating: 4.2 /5
Vickie This was our first visit here. We tried to come on a weekend but you need a reservation because it is not a very large restaurant and is busy, which is good! We Sat at the bar to wait fir a table but after a few minutes we realized we were settled in the corner of the bar and the bartender was pleasant so we stayed. Bartender was pleasant and attentive. Also gave good options. We started with baked clams which were nice and hot and delicious. We both ordered pasta and shrimp variation dinners. Dinners were tasty and came with lots of pasta. I had the fusilli with pesto and shrimp. It was good but the pesto good be a little more flavorful, my husband was very satisfied with his meal. For desert we had the exotic mambo ice cream with whit e chocolate. It was so delicious I forgot to take a picture, just one of the empty plate. The owner was very pleasant, we had some conversation with him while we ate desert. Overall, we really enjoyed it here. We will def be back.

The Village Restaurant - Canajoharie

Rating: 4.5 /5
Nathan Book Had brought a pre-arranged bus group to the restaurant for breakfast. Handled the group very well. A regular customer assisted with making coffee and serving drinks, just did it to help out. You are doing something right to have your regular customers step up to help out. Would definitely return.

Miranda’s cafe - Utica

Rating: 4.6 /5
Lynn Bladek Mirandas is one of the best breakfast places in Utica! The food was fresh, tasty, and plentiful, the service genuine and engaging, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We had build-your-own omelets; one with mushrooms and spinach and one with mushrooms, onions and peppers, two sides of toast, two coffees, and a bottle of water. The bill was reasonable at $30.78, minus tip. And, because we were there on a Monday between 7 and 11 am when it is 20% off for seniors, the bill was even nicer! ($26.81 total, minus tip). Thats a good deal for good food! We highly recommend Mirandas Cafe.

Cocktails were delicious and quickly became our fall favorites! For cocktails We had wisdom of sage and pumpkin patch! Very yummy!! For eats…he had the jambalaya I had the lasagna dip. We had the pleasure to meet with the owner, she was just as expected! Steven Cohen Absolutely delightful bistro in the heart of beautiful Ellicottville. Excellent food, all fresh ingredients. Service with a smile. Properly spaced seating so people are not on top of one another. Great breakfast sandwich! I’ll be back!
