Hard Wok Buffet - (Near New City, NY)

3 /5 Ana Beatriz: I think I would have to give it a 3 star rating. Great everything here but they basically gave up the check before our timing was up because they only give you 1 hour and 45 minutes to eat. This is my first time here and usually drinks are free after the first cup and they kept coming back and back to fill our cups. So I wasnt expecting to paying so much for soda for just a little bit of time. It was just over priced for such little food they serve and timing. And the ice cream tasted weird, I had went to get chocolate ice cream but had an after taste of strawberry ice cream and they only serve chocolate and vanilla.

5 /5 Simona Di Bratto: We were really impressed with our visit. The restaurant’s new renovation looks amazing! It is bright, modern, and super clean. The buffet had a great variety of fresh, hot dishes, and everything was refilled quickly. The food quality was excellent across the board. Staff were friendly, attentive, and kept things running smoothly. Overall, the renovation and the food together make this one of the best buffet experiences around!

5 /5 Hudson Valley Reviewer: Hard Wok Buffet is hands-down one of the best buffets around, and every time we come here it reminds me why it stays at the top of our list. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm service, a super clean dining area, and the kind of food variety you only hope a buffet will actually deliver. This place does deliver—every time. The food selection is huge, fresh, and constantly being refilled. You can tell the staff really takes pride in keeping everything hot, stocked, and looking good. The classics like General Tso’s chicken, sushi, dumplings, and lo mein were all excellent. The hibachi station is one of my favorites—you pick your ingredients and they cook it perfectly on the spot. Even the simple items like the fried rice and steamed broccoli taste like they’re made with care. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, which makes it easy to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The dining area is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff checks in often, clears plates quickly, and keeps drinks full, which makes the experience even better. For the price, the quality and the amount of food you get is honestly unbeatable. If you love buffets, this is absolutely a 5-star must-visit.

4 /5 Pink Summer: It was our first time visiting this place. The ambiance was very nice, and the food tasted good, but there weren’t many options available during our visit. Given that it was lunchtime, it was disappointing to see that the food was not well-stocked. Compared to other buffets weve been to, the price felt a bit pricey, especially considering the limited selection. They definitely need to refill the trays more frequently. On a positive note, the servers were cute, friendly, and spoke English well.

4 /5 Ron Biancosino: Food was really good in general. Not incredible but I would definitely go again. If you’re interested in sushi, I didn’t try any as the rolls were made with a lot of rice. If that’s your thing, it looked fresh. The fries were battered and amazingly cooked surprisingly.
