1 /5 Paws Perrydise: We went for our first time on Sunday. Ordered online to be ready by 12:52. Entered at 1:05-108 ish...asked lady if our order was ready and gave our name. She walked over to bags but she didnt take a careful look, just glanced and then walked away to her other tasks. I assumed she knew the bags didnt have our name since she never came back to address us. Waited over 10 min and got back in line from sitting down to ask again. When I went to ask next, a back counter employee said "she was here first" to which I corrected her and let her know I had actually been there for a long time. So I left to run an errand we needed and came back because it was clear they were too busy to help us. Came back 10 min later, waited in line again. When it was my turn, the counter AGAIN tried to help someone else over me, and I said I was there and needed to check for my order. It was there THE ENTIRE TIME. So I waited until almost 1:45 to get my food that was done by 1pm. Get the food, it was not even remotely decent enough to pay these prices and have such horrible service.

Great food and great workers they made a fresh delicious sub for a reasonable price and very delicious sandwich the ingredients were nice and the freshness was amazing. Everything about this place was great great service great workers kind and efficient also they made it very quickly the bread was amazing every had a parmesean crusted rolls that tasted so nice would recommend this place highly if you havent been to this establishment I would definitely recommend it. 5 stars all the way.

1 /5 Makayla Dyliser: Hello Im not sure if you guys see this or not but I would like to make a comment plz My name is Makayla I absolutely love your your subs. My friends and myself come in after church on Sundays almost every week. But today there was just something I saw and was just turned away. There is always this very nice tall younger lady, she always greets my friends and I when shes there. It was like a normal Sunday we came in she was there of course. I was standing in line waiting to place my order, there was a tall gentlemen kinda heavy set if you will approached this young lady in a way that I was just so shocked. " Was he an employee" didnt look like he was ? But I will say the young lady that took my order was still very polite and positive dispite the very least of this gentlmen. I just wanted to come on here and just say what a young lady still stayed very professional. One good worker that I love to come back and see. She is such the sweetest young lady.

2 /5 Gideon Thompson: I like their subs a decent bit but waiting an hour and five minutes for 2 subs that I ordered online ahead of time for really soured my experience. I’m usually not one to make a stink as I also work in food service and know how things can be, but seemingly not prioritizing the people in store waiting on food, and not offering any sort of compensation is just not acceptable. They didn’t even call out my order when it was done even though the I assume manager knew which order I was waiting on. I get being busy and backed up I just wish more care was taken. Pretty disappointed.
