Crissibeth Cooper Wonderful place. Modern ambiance, lovely scenery. We were lucky to have some live music when we went, and what a delight! The vegetarian option (just one) was delicious and I hope they will add some more in the future. They seem to be embracing a modern perspective so I have hope! The cinnamon bread was divine. Cocktails were reasonably priced. Anna was an absolutely amazing server. We will be back often.

Brian We were in Cateret, NJ to see a show and were looking for a place in Staten Island to enjoy authentic Italian cooking in a neighborhood setting. After an exhaustive internet search we found ‘Osfizio. The place was busy with what appeared to be locals when we arrived and we felt welcome from the second we walked in. The owner Gennaro was extremely warm and personable. The wine and food were outstanding. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would. The bread and red sauce is off the charts as was the food. All three of us agreed our meals were delicious. If you want to experience the best of Staten Island authentic Italian food in a casual, welcoming, and fun environment visit ‘Osfizio! Gennaro your friends from PA will be back!

Sarah SP 10/10 from start to finish. Came here for our anniversary dinner, received a complimentary champagne which was such a nice touch. They even had a nonalcoholic champagne for my husband who doesn’t drink. The dishes are totally perfect on their own. Seasoned, cooked, everything is so thoughtfully curated and executed. The service is outstanding too. This is my new favorite place in Syracuse! Can’t wait to come back.

I was lucky enough to find them at Costco, where they were contracted to feed the overnight staff during inventory—and wow, what an experience! From the moment I walked up, I noticed how spotless their truck and kitchen were. You can tell they take pride in everything they do. The food? Beyond stellar. Every bite was packed with flavor, fresh, and made with real care. It honestly turned my whole day around. The people running El Patio are just as amazing as their food—friendly, warm, and welcoming. This isn’t just a food truck, it’s an experience. Wherever they go, follow them! I’m already excited for the next time I get to eat here. Spend your money here, because it’s worth every penny. You’ll be thrilled with what you get—I cannot emphasize enough how good the food is.

Kevin G We popped in for New Year’s Eve and we had a blast ! The vibes were lively and service was great! The crowd was so on point and we hang out there for a couple of hours. We definitely coming back

Inge McKie I have been here a couple times and it has been excellent each time. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is gorgeous all the way down to the dishes and cutlery. Highly recommend.
