5 /5 Rolland Benware: I have been coming here ever since they opened, which has been probably 40 years. I was a small child and loved the food then and love it just as much now. The quality is always excellent and I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. I know some people wish a standard sub had more meet but I have always found it to be more than adequate as I never leave hungry or wanting. Jreck subs is a local chain of restaurants with the taste a quality is pretty much the same at each one.

2 /5 Andrew Hogeboon: Staff and experience during the day is great. But whenever I get a sub after 5 PM it’s probably the worst experience. I ordered a chicken parm with extra cheese and sauce and what you get is shown in the picture below. The bag it came in was soaked, there is not any cheese and the bun is completely wet and soggy. My wife ordered a turkey bacon and she didn’t get any bacon on it. She also ordered a side with BBQ sauce and didn’t get that either. We tried to call and complain but 98% of the time they will not answer. We were surprised they answered when we called to order, we gave them 20 minutes to have it ready and when I got there, it still was not done and they only had a few customers. They did answer once and then immediately hung up and we tried again right after and no answer. This is very rude and even if they are busy they could at least say please hold and not just answer and hang up. Of course we paid for all of the extras but don’t get it and try to complain but they don’t allow it apparently. I have been going to Jrecks for a long time and all of these bad experiences are really making me to never want to go back. The price goes up but the quality of the food has decreased.
