KFC of Johnstown - (Near Johnstown, NY)

Luke Matias A classic American diner spot only a 10-minute Uber from Resort World Catskills I was pleasantly surprised by this diner. The interior beauty harkens back to the classic American dining experience with a hint of extra class found in the wooden liveries and warm lighting. My coworkers and I came in for a late lunch and had a seamless experience that came with well informed recommendations on the menu from the polite waiter whose name unfortunately escapes me. The food was excellent, a healthy mix of classic Breakfast diner options with other home stay meals that were very fair portions for the price.

Charlotte Ozuna The karaoke is the best!! Specially the musician that sing he is amazing, very entertaining and engage the audience. Food is good and prices even better. Good ambience.

Paul Komarek Simple and honest cafe with some fun and surprising menu options. I tried their waffle for breakfast and it was perfect, fluffy and tender (not overloaded and chewy, unlike other waffles Ive had in this area). O has their tubs melt fort lunch and it was simple but well-executed. If I were in the area longer Id try their African Peanut Soup and a couple other specials, not to mention their cakes and pies.

Ricardo Calixte Chef Richie’s Deli – Compliments to the Chef! On my way back to Massachusetts, I stopped by Chef Richie’s Deli and grabbed a Chopped Cheese and Richie’s Cheeseburger — and let me tell you, it was worth every bite. Both items were cooked to perfection, served at the right temp — hot, fresh, and ready. What I appreciated most was the attention to timing. My food was held in the warmer until everything was finished, ensuring it was still hot when I paid and walked out. That’s care you can taste. Compliments to the chef — the flavor was on point and the service felt personal. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, don’t sleep on this spot. Chef Richie knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.

Lynne Saunderson Definitely was surprised with interior, was expecting a hole in the wall and it was actually pretty nice for a "pub." Went for the wings with JJ sauce on a recommendation and they were DELICIOUS. Would go again for these.

Knight_D7 Havent been here in 9 years!! Just cave back, stopped by the place. Subs are still great!! They remodeled it since we were here last. Looks great!!
