McDonalds - (Near Norwich, NY)

5 /5 Susan: I go almost every morning for coffee and sometimes breakfast or later in the day for coffee...it is the safest place to go and hang out and everyone is so cheerful and helpful and it is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in! Like any place these days, they are sometimes short staffed but they go out of their way to make your McDonalds experience a happy one...it is MY happy place to start my day...SMILES, SPOT ON COFFEE, A FLAG AND SAFE FOR EVERYONE...AND everyone works very hard to make this a "gourmet express" experience CELEBRATED MY 70TH BIRTHDAY HERE TODAY HERE...SMILES AND HAPPINESS...THE BEST HIFT EVER AND HERE AT MCDONALDS THEY SERVE UP HAPPINESS EVERY DAY!

2 /5 Kelly Page: I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries and a small hot black tea. There was no teabag, only hot water. I tried calling the number on the internet and goes to a fax machine. How do I get reimbursed?

2 /5 Strawberry Shortcake: Its sad when they accidentally hand someone else your order because the old man couldnt take turns in the drive thru. So they just hand you the drink and the bag someone else has just touched. Never know what someone has on there hands!! Breakfast shift is also way more nice and pleasant to talk to then Dinner shift.

1 /5 Jamie Taylor: Totally understaffed. Waited almost 20 minutes for a cup of decaf coffee. They had to make a new pot after giving me a barely lukewarm cup the first time. Received about half an order of french fries which tasted old.
