Kelli Novotny Rocco’s in New City is one of those places that makes you feel right at home the second you walk in. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The food is so good. I’ve tried a bunch of things on the menu, but I keep coming back to the chicken Caesar salad. It’s hands-down the best around - perfectly grilled chicken, crisp romaine, just the right amount of dressing, and super fresh every time. Rocco’s never disappoints. It’s a local gem!

Ashley Vincent This place is a place you shouldnt judge by its surroundings. I was worried about the part of town it was is but I cannot wait to go back. It is so nice there and the people are incredibly friendly. The food is out of this world and hit the spot!

Michael Samodurov Best pizza around! This is by far my favorite pizza place. I’m so sad that we moved an hour away, but we eat here everytime we make the trip out to visit family. The pepperoni pizza is perfect to me. The sauce is a little sweet and the crust is fluffy and a little crispy. It has amazing flavor without being too oily. I’m also a big fan of the honey bbq wings. They are always large and cooked to perfection.

Bern G. Had some of the freshest and most pleasant tasting fried chicken I think I’ve ever had here as a part of the chicken and waffles dish. Also noteworthy ketchup seems to be freshly made as well? Felt like they went the extra mile on freshness of ingredients, and that only augmented an already solid dining experience. Menu and staff very accommodating and understanding of dietary restrictions. It is a little loud when it’s at peak capacity due to this restaurant being situated in a small house, but it’s quite charming overall. Will be back with friends sometime soon

Bob and Patrice Tomaso My wife and I consider ourselves pizza fanatics. Since our first date back in 1976 we have tried hundreds of pizza spots across the northeast. Almost 50 years of weekend pizza adventures. Lazaros is worthy of being added to our regular rotation list ! Excellent Grandmas pie. Tasty sauce, cheese and a light airy crust. Generous toppings. Cooked perfectly. Very friendly and accomadating owner and staff. We certainly will make a return trip across the RVW from Columbia County.
