Oh Corn! Arepas - (Near Troy, NY)

Nina TS My wife and I went here with friends who were visiting. I’ve never been and I’ve only heard good things about The Rusty Pig. The waitress was very kind and let us take our time with the menu. The acoustics of the restaurant made it a little difficult to hear. We had to talk louder than normal and lean forward. We were also seated next to other smaller occupied tables, where there were people seated already. If we had been spaced out a little bit more, that might have helped with the hearing. The first thing we decided to split was the Loaded Buffalo Pierogis. They were deliciously flavored and not too hot. All 4 of us ordered something different. I ordered The Pink Lady Chicken Sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese (because you HAVE to try that). They were both very yummy and filling. My spouse got Heavy Kevi’s Famous Brisket with cornbread, apple slaw and Mac and cheese. The food was filling and it could have been two meals. We finished the day with Caramel S’mores Nachos, which was very gooey and exactly as you’d expect for a plate of sweet fried dough. Overall, it’s a worthwhile experience to stop in and try one of Geneva’s best known restaurants.

Daniela Alessia I had my bridal shower here and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely excellent—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and enjoyed by every single guest. The staff truly made the experience special: warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly without ever feeling intrusive. Kristen truly went above and beyond to make the day feel effortless and memorable. I’m so grateful to have celebrated such an important milestone here and would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

Nate Hartrich Mo, a good friend and regular took us here to eat. Glad he did because everything was incredible. It’s definitely a cool bar/restaurant. I tried the Dusted wings with an All the way Burger both were amazing. Also try the green front downtown golden ale pairs well with wings. Our server Allysa T kept the drinks flowing and was very personable. Plenty of free parking across the street. Bathrooms are clean.

Jacqueline Keiley My family and I went to Lorenzo’s for a special birthday dinner for my mom. From the service, to the food, to the waitress, everything was great! Jayna, our server was so funny and kind. She really made the night fun! We ordered some pizzas, vodka pastas, the nutella pizza dessert and pasta fagoli. I definitely recommend Lorenzo’s! It’s always the busiest place in town and a super fun place to sit at the bar as well.

Elizabeth Teelon We went in for lunch and got lucky to get a table quickly, service was amazing and the food was incredible. They have apple juice for the kids and the cost of lemonade is worth a glass.
