Piri Piri - Restaurant & Churrasqueira - (Near Mineola, NY)

David DEntremont Fantastic quiet and tasty so on the circuit. My wife and I stopped in on a Wednesday as the leaves were turning and found excellent wines and a comfortable environment to enjoy. The pizza was a great companion to our flights of red wines. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality and taste of the wines here. Ian, the dog, was a nice silent companion keeping it relaxed. The outside chairs were perfect for our tasting and we moved inside as it got a bit cloudy. The room is spacious and comfortable for multiple groups to enjoy but still have some privacy. Love all the plants inside as well. Highly recommend making this a stop. Excellent wines and a comfortable place to enjoy them.

D. Hernandez This is a cute little place worth the trip. The food has a lot of flavor. I really like their empanadas and tostones. The garlic sauce is too very very good.

Aaron Great place!! We had the (cordon) blue balls, fried pickles and wings to start, delicious!! They had a speedy chicken club sandwich special that was amazing they really know how to cook chicken. Service was fast and friendly. Really impressed since there isnt much of anything else in the area. Definitely will be returning when Im back in town.

Emily Case New place in town for lunch. Its a very tropical place. Hawaiian food and some Asian on the menu. Prices are reasonable and a very interesting vive to this area. The Hawaiian macaroni salad was intresting and sweet. I had the chicken teriyak and it was sooo good. The homemade lemonade is just like the fair. No iced tea yet but its comning shortly. They said they would be up and fully running in the next couple of months. The owners are super nice and are new to the area. They are always up for what to put on the menu and what the public likes. The hawiann doughnets are super good. The bananah ones and the potato are super good. I would suggest getting both and trying both out. I will deffintly come back!!

Elizabeth Renshaw We were so excited to dig in we didn’t get photos until our cocktails for dessert. Food was phenomenal, great personal service, warm and cozy atmosphere. Both the server and kitchen were happy to accommodate a gluten allergy and talk us through all the dietary options on the menu. Plus they have a gluten free friendly fryer! Chicken wings, gochujang fries, burgers and fish tacos as well as a variety of cocktails and a few glasses of wine. All were phenomenal! We can’t wait to come back
