Zara Arthur - Staten Island

Veysel Ada Food was so amazing that I forgot to take a picture of it. My mouth can’t forget the flavor and taste of this food ever! I will be back next week with my whole family. I got lahmacun which was the best I’ve had in the country, no exaggeration. The pita bred is beautiful as well. The pride of culture is in the food! I finished the food and was able to get a picture of the Kazandibi dessert which looked beautiful. Highly recommend you come here for a delicious meal! You will never forget it!

Lucky Hare Brewing Bar & Grill - Watkins Glen

Elizabeth Gillies Came here for dinner and some brews! Highly recommend the Oktoberfest this time of year! It was delicious! We also got the crab dip appetizer that was so absolutely delicious (would highly recommend!) We also got burgers and they were delightful too! We went on a Wednesday night and the place was packed! There was one server and one bartender and they held the place down like champions! We were very impressed with the atmosphere and establishment itself but even more impressed with the wait staff! Highly recommend eating/drinking here!

The Dumpling Wagon - Schoharie

Katie Goldberg We were visiting Howe Caverns from out-of-state and while planning our trip I was looking for something for lunch after the mines. My husband and I both love dumplings and boy did we find some of the best! Its about 20 minutes away and WELL worth the drive. Its been a few weeks and I said to my husband this weekend that it would be worth a 3 1/2 hour drive just to have The Dumpling Wagon again... I was only half-kidding, they were that good! We will be back at some point, for sure!

Freedom Run Winery - Lockport

Terrie This was a really nice winery. To start, my visit is during COVID19 , so things are different. Tastings are served in plastic cups, as they have been at every winery I have gone to over the past few months. Wine was good. Ambiance was really nice! Server was nice, too! They offered more than the usual chips for the usual must purchase food with tastings. I purchased a cupcake, which was delicious. It was spacious inside with lots of room for seating.

Batavia Total Nutrition - Batavia

Morgan Boyce The inside is very cute and there is a HUGE selection of flavors. The lady running the show is very friendly and does a great job. Best of all, the shake I got, Very Berry, tasted amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who’s a fan of shakes!! And they have coffees and energy drinks too! I’m definitely going to be a weekly customer

Shaw-nae’s House - Staten Island

Tiffany Ari Found this spot on TikTok and Google while searching for good soul food in NYC, and it did not disappoint. My friend and I came for dinner and were greeted right away—staff was attentive, warm, and welcoming. Our waitress Jenn was amazing, walked us through the menu, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond. The restaurant feels cozy and homey, like your aunt or grandma’s house. We ordered rum punch, soul fries with catfish, smothered turkey wings, collard greens, a crispy chicken sandwich, and banana pudding—everything was 10/10. The complimentary cornbread sampler was a great touch. Loved the intimate, uncrowded vibe and even getting to write on the walls. This is officially our new dinner spot—definitely coming back next time we’re in the city.
