4 /5 Michael Samodurov: TL;DR: The food is delicious, the servings are hefty, the dessert is phenomenal, the atmosphere is comfortable, great service, furniture was too wobbly. 4/5
Prosecco is a nice Italian restaurant serving delicious pasta, bread, and cannolis in large serving sizes.
My wife and I have been looking forward to coming here since we moved to Farmington, and they did not disappoint. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and decor. The food was all delicious and we have plenty left for the next few meals.
My wife tried the chicken parm and she really enjoyed it. She said it wasn’t her favorite, but it was tasty.
I got the Bolognese with angel hair and I was very happy. For $25 I got enough pasta for several meals. The meal also came with a house salad and their house dressing. The salad was just okay, but came with a lot of tomatoes, cucumbers, and chickpeas. And my favorite part was the fresh bread. I wish they brought us more than two little slices when we asked for a refill, because I could eat bread all day. But it was delicious either way.
Finally, we ordered cannolis for dessert. At 2 large cannolis for $7 I was not expecting them to be this delicious. My wife pointed out there was a hint of cinnamon or something in the filling that took it up a level. Usually I don’t care for chocolate chips in my cannolis, but this had a good balance.
I was a little disappointed by the quality of the furniture. Our table and chairs were VERY wobbly, making it really hard to eat.
Our waitress Kinley was very nice and provided great service. I hope she gets a raise.
Reservations: I almost forgot, we made a reservation using Google and it worked great!
