4 /5 Yael W: Beautiful scenic lunch on the water. Loved the view. Really peaceful and felt like I was truly at a resort on vacation! As for the food, it was tasty. Really enjoyed the cauliflower app and trout entree.

5 /5 Joan Coleman: Right on the river, open dining, great service and food. I do think if you are considering a visit here for a meal, go online and check out the menu. They also have these tiny houses that are available for rent. The NYS rail trail runs along the river right behind them. The trail ends at the sojourner truth park in East kingston. What a beautiful trail. Right along side the river, beautiful pavilion, picnic tables,spotless clean, potties available along the trail and this park is under construction. You should Google it and check out the new plan for it. Gonna be even more amazing. Gotta check this out. Love being by our beautiful river with beautiful trails, there are three by the way when you start at the park, plenty of parking, stations set up explaining what that entire area was about and is gonna be. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

5 /5 Hadas Liebermann: We have lived in Kingston for almost 20 years and the brickyards have been a part of our lives in one way or another throughout the years. We have been to music events there, do an annual trade show there, and love the restaurant. When we reached out to them to host our son’s Bar Mitzvah, they quickly replied with pricing options. We then smoothly moved into brunch options and met with them for a site visit to finalize details. The event was terrific. The set up was exactly like we requested and the brunch blew us and our guests away. The food was phenomenal, the buffet set up was gorgeous, and the mimosas and cocktails were on point. We highly recommend for any event, or for good food in the best location in Kingston.

3 /5 Raman Sawhney: River pavilion is in a large waterfront resort complex, nice infrastructure and amazing views of the Hudson. That’s the best part of the restaurant they have a mixed menu and lot of Italian on the menu a specialty pizza section . Restaurant is dog friendly which means they will let you dine with your dog. Overall I found their culinary department and their Bar to be very average for the type and class of restaurant they claim to be . We ordered Hummus platter and ceviche for starters Hummus was sweet and creamy (hummus is definitely not made sweet ) this is served with Pita which was fine and raw veggies (zucchini, yellow squash , peppers , carrots and celery) Ceviche were good well seasoned. Drinks : ordered : blueberry ale (my take is this is a big confused beer not sure if it’s juice with fizz or beer because did it taste like beer) Old fashioned — too light on alcohol , was not smoked and was very sweet Mojito : this was also generously sweet Interestingly : if you get a high table you are give. Paper napkins , beer in plastic cups where as other tables get formal setup with proper silverware and cloth napkins. Main course: we ordered margarita pizza and a sausage pie with truffle fries Both pizza bases were crispy and thin which is good however their sauces are tasteless even mozzarella was very average and looks like they are in short supply of basil. Just a few 100 miles on the banks of same Hudson one would have a very different and Devine pizza experiences in NJ and NYC. Anyways .. coming to truffle fries, they are very very ordinary fries with some truffle oil probably flavored dressing again very ordinary.. They are a busy restaurant probably that’s why they do not accept customization, I wanted grilled boneless chicken for my pet (obviously this would have been a paid order) however they declined stating it’s with bones so we cannot debone and prepared chicken .. anyways Overall : great views with Average food .
