1 /5 Tanya Tarek-Torres: Wheres the option for ZERO STARS? After reading the reviews, I wanted to take my husband and FIL to Roatan for lunch. We asked the server if food is already made and he said its made once ordered, which is fine, thinking at least itll be fresh. However, we would never find out if thats the case...After 45 minutes, not even the cheese pupusa appetizer was served. We waited OVER ONE HOUR after we ordered, sitting there like idiots, watching online orders get filled and picked up. No one said, oh were running late, etc., nothing. I felt bad for my 92 YO FIL and finally, my very patient husband said, okay, thats enough. We were the only patrons dining in at the time no less. We went to Nellys down the road, had a delicious lunch with friendly service and generous portions, which is what we shouldve done in the first place. I dont know how this restaurant is in business. Just awful service and management. We will never return.
