Leuca - Brooklyn

Rating: 4.4 /5
KC Chen Hidden gem inside The William Vale! Leuca has a great vibe, friendly staff, and truly standout pasta. We tried the lamb bolognese and black shell pasta with shrimp and calamari—both were phenomenal and reminded us of meals we had in Italy. Portions are generous, so I’d definitely recommend sharing.

Hutchs - Buffalo

Katerine Reynolds It was our first visit. Although the prices are a bit high, the food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. The only downside was the parking, as we got confused entering due to the lack of clear signs, especially since it was our first time and the restaurant is on a busy street. The service and food quality were very good overall

Dee Williams I came in for lunch during happy hour and will surely be back. Before I even opened the glass door a gentleman who worked there greeted me with a smile. I was sat promptly and given then menus by Paola. She as well as the other staff were extremely attentive. The happy hour deal is great and the freshness and quality of everything I ordered were top notch. I order spicy tuna crispy rice anywhere I see it on the menu and this one was one of my favorites. There was an extra level of flavor that was so yummy in the sauce they either drizzled or mixed into the spicy tuna. The chicken kaarage was excellent as well as the spicy tuna roll. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items. Paola was absolutely sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. I’ll be back soon for sure!

Im not sure when Ill be back in town, but I want to come back already!! My favorite was the stuffed French toast. This is an actual, untouched photo that I took. It was even more delicious than it looked!

Gabriels Bar & Restaurant - New York

Rating: 4.4 /5
Kolay Fuller If NYC had a love letter to Italian dining, this place would be it. From the moment you step inside, there’s a warm, timeless charm that instantly makes you feel at home like a beloved local spot transported straight from a Roman to the heart of Manhattan. The menu is nothing short of masterful. Every dish tastes like it was crafted by someone who truly knows and loves Italian food from rich, velvety pastas to tender, perfectly seasoned entrées. The Ravioli Zucca practically melts on your tongue, and the Brasato di Costolette di Manzo (braised short ribs) is pure comfort elevated to art. But what really sets Gabriels apart isn’t just the food its the experience. The ambiance strikes a beautiful balance between cozy and elegant, ideal for a romantic dinner, a pre-theater meal before Lincoln Center, or a weekend brunch with friends. The staff are consummate professionals warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your meal memorable. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, every detail feels thoughtfully executed.

Roux - Rochester

Rodd Riesenberger Excellent! Our first time visiting Roux and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is cozy with art deco architecture and dim lighting. Our table was waiting for us on our arrival and service was great. Craft cocktails and appetizers were fantastic. We had the Whipped ricotta toast and Potted chicken & foie mousse. They were both outstanding. The chicken cutlet and steak frites au poivre were very good. I’m going to make the frenchie cocktail at home because it was awesome. Thank you all for a great evening with our friends. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!
