Rusty Nail Tavern Restaurant - (Near , NY)

Jesika Reed Stopped in for dinner. Everything was excellent! The braised pork cheek was definitely the highlight of the meal. Also had the cast iron carrots, hanger steak, and French onion burger. The house dressing in the arugula salad was so unique and tasteful. Everything was seasoned to perfection and not too salty!! Fries were probably some of the best around. Service was pleasant and all staff very friendly. Will be back!

Jordan Mathews The music was amazing, provided by CNY Jazz. Performing was jazz Trio with singer Joanna Jewett. The staff was very kind. The hotel is gorgeous. I had an old fashion and a Guinness. I hope they keep live music here.

Jeff Edmondson We happened to find The Dapper Goose on Resy while visiting Buffalo and were very much impressed. The food was excellent with the ricotta toast, delicata squash, and bread pudding as particular stand outs. Rounding out our dining experience was absolutely stellar service from the front-of-house staff. Little touches like fresh silverware and plates between courses, attentive beverage service, and simple syrup served with after-dinner coffee really impressed us. The Dapper Goose will definitely be on our return list next time we’re in Buffalo!

Danny H The best restaurant in the Speculator area! Food was top notch and the home made desserts are to die for! We had chocolate mousse dessert with chocolate chip cookies, it was so rich and thick.

Christopher Knapp Bring your appetite. Ask fythe gravy for the fries on the side. Plan to share the fries (or maybe the whole lunch!). I am a hearty eater and I could finish it, neither could my FIL. I had a fried chicken wrap and he had the ham club. We both got fries. Next time, one of us will get fries with, 2 sides of gravy, one for each of us. My MIL had the clam chowder soup of the day. It was homemade. Everything tasted fresh, the servings were large and we spent about $50 for the 3 of us with tax and a 25% tip. The son was our waiter and was very friendly and attentive. I will be stopping back to this family run restaurant again!! Keep up the good work.
