Nancy Taylor The ambiance and lots of separate seating areas make this a very comfortable eatery. The food is unique, tasty, presented well and made from fresh ingredients . Put all of this together with an attentive and friendly waitstaff and you have a WINNER!

Concordia Restaurant Inc. - Endicott

Charles Hollenbeck So far, so great. Stopped here for dinner, and the renovations since it was Consol’s make it much more cozy and warm feeling. If I had to compare it to other restaurants, it’s similar to Moxie Wood Fire Grill in Conklin or The Cellar in Owego. Warm, relaxed tones. Professional, competent, kind, and knowledgeable staff. And the food was outstanding. My father had a steak, which perfectly transitioned from grill marks and scattered black gristle to a super soft, pink-red center, absolutely nailing med-rare. My wife and mother had pasta, again, nailing it with toasted mozzarella and homemade pasta. Which I should add: you can either purchase normal pasta, or in-house homemade pasta, and that is a rare thing to see. Lastly, I had the chicken and cranberries, etc, and it was so tender that my basic butter knife glided right through it. I hope all goes well for them and that they are around for a very long time with tremendous success. They’ve earned it.

Ryan Mckenna Second time here. First brunch. Menu was awesome & the food matched. New kids on the block, but come with a lot of experience in the kitchen. Owner knows what he’s doing. Everything was full of flavor. Presentation was on point. I had the skirt steak & eggs. I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take pictures of it. Did get a couple pics of my friend’s dishes though. All the other plates that were coming out around me looked amazing too. Did get to snap a shot of the Tres leches & churros, and also the banana pudding topped with vanilla ice cream that we had for a little dessert. Soooo goood. Place looked great, nice setting, good music. A must go!! A++++

Chandler H Really enjoyed our meal here. The food was incredible, the wine pairings were delicious and it was a nice, cozy/cute atmosphere. Sitting at a communal table was awesome - very much felt like a fancy dinner at a friend’s place where you are meeting new people. Well… If your friend can cook damn good food and serves awesome wine. Enjoyed it and would recommend to everyone who visits the finger lakes or for a special occasion.

Salt City Eatery - Syracuse

Rating: 4.4 /5
Mark Olson This place is a hidden gem in the center of Syracuse NY. The sauce for the mussels was extraordinary and well thought out! The glaze on the salmon was exquisite. The salmon was cooked ro perfection. The atmosphere was quiet as it was a Wednesday. But very open and relaxing! The service was interesting. Isabella was my waitress. A young college student who just finished at a local community college and said she was considering continuing her education in business finance. I see nothing but success in this young girls future! She is professional, and appears to have a solid work ethic as well! If you are a local, give this place a try. And if you are traveling from out of town and staying in the hotel, you have a really good place to eat right downstairs! All the best Salt City Eatery and Isabella!!!
