Bistro Eloise - French Restaurant - East Elmhurst

Rating: 4.6 /5
Ortiz M (Epicurean Explorer Rater) I came across Bistro Éloise while searching for a place nearby, and I’m really glad I did. It’s in a shopping area with plenty of parking, which made things easy. I loved the décor and the lively atmosphere. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated right away. I was definitely glad I made reservations because the place was packed. Service was a little slow, possibly because they were short-staffed, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The escargot, French bread, and beef bourguignon were delicious and well worth it. I’d happily go back.

Nickel Plate Depot - Brocton

Rating: 4.4 /5
Nicole Golias Me and my friends were floored by how affordable this menu was! A $13 fish fry…in this economy! Very good food, liked their selection of draft beers, and had a friendly waitress. We saw some kids order chocolate milk and it looked epic so if you’re a kid or a kid at heart reading this…get the chocolate milk

Starters American Eatery - Monticello

Rating: 4.7 /5
Ken Kartrite doesnt have much eatery around the area but this small pub type restaurant did not disappoint. Dont let the outside of Thai restaurant fool you. Burgers were made with fresh ground beef and very tender. Fried pickle was to die for. Most likely paying less for this 10 min ride to the restaurant than having the junk food at the park. The dining area was not too big and situated a little unique.

Riccardos Market - Watertown

frank keenan Genuinely great family and their food is frustrating trying to decide what you want when everything looks and is so good for a more than reasonable price by far the best around

Calcutta Kitchens - Kingston

Rating: 4.8 /5
Matthew Yes, yes, yes, stop here! Adorable building from the outside and lovely, well stocked, and clean inside. Greeted and served by a friendly young lady-I had a small bite there and then took a lot to-go. The Pav Bhaji was the absolute bomb! The flavor-wow. Full of flavor. Kerala Chicken Dry Curry was also delicious. Absolutely will stop in again next time I’m in town.

Level Restaurant & Bar - Brooklyn

Rating: 4.4 /5
Brian Celestine Visiting from Boston, I had no idea what to expect when some friends invited me to this restaurant—but it turned out to be an amazing surprise! The food was outstanding: the octopus, wagyu beef, lamb chops, and à la carte fries and mashed potatoes were all cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The highlight of the evening was the unexpected cabaret show, featuring multiple themed performances. Who knew Brooklyn could deliver such top-tier, off-Broadway-style entertainment? I enjoyed it so much that I’m already planning to return next Halloween. And I can’t forget to mention the *fire desserts*—they were the perfect ending to a phenomenal night. The staff were warm and friendly, and by the end of the evening, the whole restaurant was up dancing to the DJ’s fantastic music.
