Macs Tavern - Elmira

Dennis Derichs Great place to hang out and meet the locals as youre traveling through. Small place. Friendly staff and patrons. Example...we walked in the door, my wife going in first, and a woman at the bar reached over her shoulder without turning around to give her money! Well it wasnt really for her but it was funny to everybody. Reasonably priced drinks!! Great patrons!

Misty Garafalo Maxine was our server, she was super from start to finish! We had several dishes from the Calamari to the Italian Burger to the Bacon Cheddar Burger, Roasted Red pepper Gouda bisque, Tuscan chicken panini, Buffalo Mac and Cheese, the Everything Wings were to die for BTW and the taco salad. The guys had some craft beers and the blackberry strawberry cider. Great atmosphere and place to stop while traveling through..... Service top notch, food even better!

Aaron Bonham Welcome back to a true American Diner! Family owned and operated. Lynsey, our waitress was an absolute gem. Best service I’ve had at a restaurant in years! The food was fresh and homemade, the atmosphere was a delight. My family had everything from pancakes to taco salad, and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the taste and freshness. Great Job Blue Ribbon!

Pho Nomenal - Binghamton

R Brice The restaurant is extremely clean. Other than the customers talking, there is no background noise so it was easy to hear the table conversation as if we were in our own dining room eating at home. I had the pork spring roll, which was crispy and definitely not oily. The pork flavor came through, but did not overpower the subtle of vegetable flavoring. The Thai tea was adequate, much better than a soda. The person was standing with had the chicken wings and Syd said they were very delicious. I had the Pho shrimp which is a large serving, so don’t order a lot of other things if you’re going to have the Pho. The shrimp had flavor, therefore it was not overcooked. The beef broth was flavorful and not salty. The fresh onions and a spicy oil rounded out to dish. There is an ample quantity of noodles. At the table next to the napkins are chopsticks, as well as Silverware that is sealed in a paper container like a straw. The waitress, whose first initial is K, checked back frequently to make sure that everything was to our expectations. The person I was standing with had a lemon grass hoagie with beef, a spicy level of one. After we’re done eating, they commented that they would like to come back sometime soon to have it again. Parking is around the corner. There’s zero step entrance. Lots of space between the Tables on the right side of the dining room and the staff area/counter on the left.

Charles Zimmerman Pretty good food the reviews got me here as the better Chinese in the area and it didnt disappoint. Fresh fast crispy. I got the general tso chicken lunch combo. Egg roll was crisp and good and not loaded with grease. The rice was good also. Atmosphere here is very bland. Not really for dining in. No frills at all but good food.
