Taco Bell - (Near Fultonville, NY)

5 /5 Lauren W: I live in Amsterdam but go to this location because of how much better it is. Ive never had an ordered messed up. I always got what I asked for and they actually fill everything to the top. I get nachos with extra beef and its wonderful how much they give. I shouldve taken a picture, will get one next time!

1 /5 Louis Loveless: 830 am and was told by employee that they wouldnt open for another 30 minutes. Theyre supposed to be open at 7am!!! This isnt the first time Ive had a problem at this location. If they advertise that they open at 7am, lets be open at 7am!! For the record, the Pilot truck stop that the taco bell is located in is great. They had computer issues themselves this morning where the shower system was down, but they manually opened showers for drivers. They went above and beyond.

1 /5 Shawna L.: Rushed to get a shower after a long day at work so we could get to Taco Bell before closing. Went to counter at 11:45pm and they said they were closed. The door clearly says open late, midnight or later, yet they insist on closing early. I don’t care if it’s busy or not, honor your hours, especially if you’re located inside a truck stop. Cater to the truckers, not yourselves.

1 /5 Todd Z: Well, this Taco Bell was certainly a huge let-down. I ordered a Steak Chalupa Supreme. and got one less than half full of ingredients in a shell that was smaller than I usually get from TB, some nacho fries, and a drink, although the soda tasted watered down (either running out of syrup or not the proper brix level). When they finally realized I wanted to order food, the look on their faces said it all - like I was an interruption. And the "soda fountain", they were out of Mango (see out sticker), and why the "need" for TWO water selections? (there were actually THREE, one was out of frame). Do they really not want to serve their customers a proper selection of fountain drinks? The food, the soda, the overall attitude convinced me NEVER to stop at this location ever again. You should avoid it as well!

1 /5 Nicholas Ramsaroop: I don’t know where all three of these employees were. I stood at the register for nearly 10 mins to get my order taken and when a Caucasian couple came to stand behind me in line that was when all three of these employees walked into the building and was ready to take my order. Not an apology about the wait or anything. I see what it is
