5 /5 Karen K: Everything about my partner and I’s visit to The Blue House was great. The food was incredible, particularly the homemade bread from the crab Rangoon dip, and the rainbow trout roll. The menu changes weekly, but it seems certain things like pizzas and sushi rolls are consistent. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was so genuinely cool. And finally, the service was excellent, and I have to give a shout out to our server. Not only was he accommodating and nice, he was very genuine when talking to my partner and I! …and then he mentions he’s the chef and owner!!! He’s been doing serving to get to know the customers more, and to interact with this community he loves so much. He takes about how everything is locally sourced because of all of the talent and resources in the north country, and listening to his passion made an already great experience even better. We’ll be back!!
