The Burger Bar by Wegmans - (Near Canandaigua, NY)

5 /5 Todd Chamberlain: Excellent for what it is: Simple menu, executed quickly and to perfection, within a Wegmans. Everything is made fresh to order, despite the fast-food-esque menu. The sizzling salmon sandwich is excellent, as well as the burger. From a previous review, it seems that only American cheese was available at one point, which has been corrected; they now have Swiss and pepper jack. I would like to see them take it one step further and remove American from the menu, or at least not have it be the default! I also saw a one-star review because of excessive ketchup and mustard. I would agree that they do put more than average, but contend that it is a delicious amount. I think giving a one-star review based on a preference for less condiments is excessively harsh.

5 /5 Melissa Didericksen: Wonderful food! So yummy! I had the American cheeseburger, and it was so good. It was more than 2 napkins good :) Its very moist. My burger was great, but my fries tasted good at first, but then the excess salt on mine started to burn my mouth. And it was a bit more than expected. Told my daughter who was with me, we should have probably shared fries, and they gave us a large amount, as you can see. The reason why the service received 3 stars, they didnt bring it to us like Im positive they said theyd do.

5 /5 Michele Bancroft: Finally got a chance to get to the Burger bar!! We ended up sharing a Dannys burger, the crispy chicken sandwich ( cause we wanted to try both) & their sweet potato fries!! We were not disappointed! We enjoyed everything! And we ended up getting a small soft-serve cause its so good & what a great deal!! I wished I took a picture, but I didnt. Next time, cause there will be a next time!!

4 /5 Cory Hetzel: Its a good burger with quite decent fries however I just cant seem to ever get the medium rare I request. Not even slightly pink. Hire somebody who knows their way around a burger or stop asking for temperature preference and do the medium-done you always seem to do.

4 /5 Karen Patterson: I have been to the Burger Bar twice. It is simply a fantastic burger. My orders were cooked exactly to my liking both times. 2 reasons I give them 4 rather than 5 stars: 1. The menu is confusing but I just tell them what I want. 2. Only cheese available is American
