5 /5 Gabriela P: Its been awhile since I have been at the cheesecake factory. I had to go shopping so invited my parents for lunch. Atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. The appetizers and entrees were generous and delicious. My parents loved the avocado rolls and we also had the very soucy Buffalo wings. The branzini was well cooked and the mashed potatoes were fresh.

5 /5 Venkata K: We are usually here for mac n cheese balls, chicken Parmesan pizza style entree or for appetizers/small plates.. Korean fired cauliflower, Avacado toast, Parmesan fries, street corn, fried zucchini, egg rolls, Thai lettuce wraps with Avacado. Chicken and jalapeño fritters, or flatbreads were pretty decent options that we tried. This time around tried new appetizers calamari and loaded factory nachos.. both off them were good. But kind off expected then to be greasy.. Staff is super friendly.. couple times when they ran out, they helped put in special orders with chef to make a batch of Mac n cheese.. Totally recommend this place who is looking for some fixed flares.. We also tried vegetarian tacos, black bean burger or different vegetarian appetizers..

5 /5 Greg Harris: The Cheesecake Factory is an amazing American chain of restaurants that offers guests first class service in an upscale casual dining setting along with a diverse menu of well made dishes, ranging from burgers, salads, sandwiches, pastas, steaks seafood, cheesecakes and numerous other desserts. In August of 2025, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, specifically the branch located in White Plains, New York. We very much enjoyed our dining experience!!! We were kindly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff, and didn’t have to wait long to get escorted to a table, despite the numerous patrons that were present. Both my wife and I were in absolute awe of the Cheesecake Factory’s immaculate interior design. Its interior settings comes with a mesmerizing eclectic sensibility, because it features Egyptian style columns, Victorian bed board wood paneling, and French Limestone floors, all of which produces an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. Our server, Joseph M was unquestionably courteous and professional. He did a great job on explaining the menu options, kindly addressed all of our inquiries and perfectly noted our menu orders. In addition, he regularly checked in us to make sure our needs were met, that we enjoyed our meals, and that our glasses were always filled with drinks. Both my wife and I thank Joseph for his great hospitality and service!!! While we appreciated and loved Cheesecake Factory’s exceptional atmosphere and service, the highlight of our time was undoubtedly our amazing meal. From the appetizer to the entree, everything was superbly tasty and delicious!!! My wife and I found our “Avocado Roll” and “Fried Mac & Cheese Ball appetizer to be highly scrumptious!!! I ordered and very much enjoyed my “Grilled Fresh Salmon” entree, and my wife found her “Louisiana Chicken Pasta” entree to be perfectly cooked and well seasoned!!! If you are looking to visit and dine at a great venue that offers top quality meals and services in a picturesque setting, then don’t hesitate to stop by and dine at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant!!!
