The Horse & Sulky Pub & Grill - (Near Campbell Hall, NY)

Mrs Atwell My mother, husband and I had to try this authentic Columbian restaurant. My husband is from Miami and he misses the flair and flavor. Let me tell you, this place didnt disappoint. The fried snapper was a great size and the salad didnt need any dressing. It was fresh and left you wanting more with each bite. The picatta trio was spot on. It consisted of fried pork, steak, sausage, and plantains. My husband stated that it melted in his mouth. The chocolate cake was amazing. Cathy was our waitress and she was friendly and made the experience even better. The ladies at the bakery section were pleasant to talk with and helped us choose the most amazing bakery treats to go. The manager and the other 2 gentlemen cleaning the tables were all so very nice. It felt as though we dined with family (for a fee....lol). I highly recommend this restaurant.

francesandfrancis PF Chang’s has always been one of our go-to spots since first trying it in Dubai, so we were excited to visit this branch while in White Plains. The service was good and the place itself had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. However, the food was a bit underwhelming compared to what we’ve come to expect from other PF Chang’s locations. We ordered from the lunch specials — the Mongolian beef was decent, but the orange chicken tasted bland, with an overpowering sugary sweetness that masked the other flavors. The starter soups were also better on the salty side, which threw off the balance. We also ordered their coolers, expecting fresh-style juices based on the menu description, but they turned out to be very sugary and soda-like, which was disappointing. Overall, this branch was just okay — the service and setting were good, but the food quality fell short of the usual PF Chang’s experience.

Juan F. Rojas I visited this place because the other Dominican restaurant that has 2 seasoning for name was packed. And frankly im glad i stopped here. Food was glorious; i started with some chicharon that was on point, cracking skin, good seasoned meat, then we moved to the main dish, i had rice, beans and roasted chicken, wife had their monfogo that was also delicious and rest of the table had different plates and no one had any complaints about the food. We also ordered some cocktails and the Chef Leo made sure that we got it exactly as requested. Service was great, always made sure we had what we needed, several children at our table had the staff busy with their requests and they delivered beautifully. For everything we ate and the quality of the food, i was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt high at all. Our table had 9 people and i didnt spend $200. The place is definitely family budget friendly. I noticed that they were hosting a birthday party in their hall, so anyone wanting a place for a celebration should check it out. 11/10 will come back

Aidan Brown It was really great food and a great atmosphere! This place has a real good cozy feeling and the staff were down to earth and genuine. Had a nice conversation with the guy running the register and welcoming people in. Also a good price for what you get portion wise!

safe home Came right before lunch restaurant was quiet. Service was prompt. Ordered from the gluten-free menu. We ordered a burger and steak tips. We were told that the food was cooked in a separate space in the kitchen to avoid contamination. The food was very good! Very impressed with their gluten-free menu and cooking style. We will be back!
