The Wagner Restaurant - (Near Penn Yan, NY)

3 /5 Wesley Mosier: The food was very mid. I ordered an omlette which came out lopsided with frozen ingredients just thrown in with some eggs. My wife ordered a breakfast burger. When we asked the waitress what came on it, the answer was "you can do whatever you want and make it the way you want it". She then listed all of their available toppings for the burger. In the end, it was a frozen burger patty that was cooked with zero seasoning and not well-done as requested. The potatoes that came with it were barely cooked and similarly unseasoned. Overall, if you have no other options, this place is fine and serves edible food. If given the choice, Id skip it and go somewhere else.

4 /5 Bill Stewart: We stopped by for breakfast after a week at Keuka lake. We had the blueberry pancakes, huge and delicious, French toast, very good, McJohn sandwich with potatoes very tasty and western omelette with rye toast, also delicious! Very good portions, friendly and attentive service, good coffee. Nice family restaurant.

4 /5 Altorfer Jeffrey “Jeff”: Was just fine for a standard American Breakfast: Definitly Recommend. Service was acceptable. Food was actually fantastic, for what it was: I had the Garbage/Everything Omelet (or whatever they call it) . It was ABSOLUTELY the best omelet Ive ever had. OUTSTANDING. everyone else enjoyed their meal; nothing anyone complained or raved about though. Waitstaff were average. You wont do better in the area for simple Americana breakfast.

3 /5 Alandra Mosier: With the current star status, we figured this place was going to be a good little diner. It was not great. The pancakes were the best part, and they were just a hair undercooked in the centers. My husbands omelet was OK. The ingredients were not quality ones and it was just thrown together (as in everything piled on one side, the other half just egg). Same with the brunch burger - a basic unseasoned frozen burger. The home fries did not have any seasoning either. Just very lack luster meal. Nothing "bad" but nothing that was good. We decided we would not care to return.
