Tokyo Sushi - (Near Herkimer, NY)

Darren Simmons Walked in to a great little three piece jazz band by the bar. Very cool. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is very comfortable, almost to the point you don’t want to leave. The homemade bread and olive tapenade is a fantastic way to start. We had the melanzana eggplant appetizer, awesome. Entrees were penne romanoff with vodka sauce and Anthony’s pasta with sausage and meatballs, risotto frutti dimare and the risotto fungi. All were absolutely fantastic. It’s a must try if you love authentic Italian cuisine.

John Olivero This is the second year in a row that we’ve held our team’s annual year-in-reflection, awards, and New Year kickoff celebration at Christopher’s Bistro in Chester, NY, and we truly can’t say enough great things about our experience. From the initial scheduling and planning all the way through the end of the event, everything was absolutely flawless. Christopher’s Bistro has a private room that is perfect for intimate, cozy, and fun gatherings, making it an ideal spot for team events, celebrations, and small private parties in Chester and Orange County, NY. The food and drink options were excellent, beautifully prepared, and enjoyed by everyone. The service was spot on, attentive, professional, and seamless throughout the evening, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the event. If you’re looking for a great restaurant in Chester NY, Orange County NY to host a gathering, celebration, or private event, this is absolutely the place to go. Thank you to Valerie and the entire Christopher’s Bistro staff for another wonderful evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Ann Marie Kurasz Stopped for lunch while passing through town. Great lunch specials. Chicken fingers were big, homemade and tasty. Not the usual "frozen" fingers. BBQ and honey mustard dipping sauces were also very good. Turkey BLT was also delicious. Service was great. They have lots of TVs with different sports on them. Large comfortable booths.

Sebastian Ortega Outstanding! This place definitely lives up to its rating. Dont let their small menu fool you. Everything we ordered was reasonably priced and VERY VERY good. Just their brussel sprouts alone were exploding with flavor. What really made it amazing was all of our entrees: pad Thai, fried chicken mango salad, spicy bacon pasta, and squid ink pasta. Everything, and I mean everything, was extraordinary! Our server was very nice and provided us with their favorites. I would most definitely come back!

Kashika Sharma Ordered the Neapolitan pie for delivery - quite possibly the best NY style pizza I have had in a while. Crust was crispy, sauce was tangy and flavorful with just the right amount of saltiness, cheese was delicious. We also ordered the garlic knots that were very good. This will now become our go-to when we are craving this style of pizza.

Treva Green My cousin suggested we meet here for lunch after me and my boyfriend arrived in NYC. The food was AMAZING!! The service was great and the restaurant is really cozy and comfortable. We will definitely return on another visit. The meatloaf sandwich was perfect for lunch, with plenty left for later!
