Ron Seliga My second patronage of Pyramids Friday fish fry. This time, I got the regular fish sandwich which I previous posted was a slightly smaller bun and a single long breaded filet. One again, I enjoyed a good fish sandwich and an added bonus of homemade cookies (chocolate chip and a banana nut concoction that tasted like the same-named muffin) that one employee was offering to those waiting to pick up their fish. Once again I arrived in the last half-hour of their service and ordered when I got there. I tried to order via phone 20 minutes earlier but couldnt ring through. Im thinking I like showing up that late. Instead of being a bit disgruntled by the near-closing time order, owner Jimmie-George (lol, hell know) and his wife were much more pleasant that many restauranteurs Ive known...and a lot more jovial than I am at the end of the work day. I love a good fish sandwich but I am going to be trying Pyramids other Friday seafood dinners because if they do such a good job with the sandwich, I am eager to check out their dinners.

Aunt Nessie 1st time here, wonderful experience, food served rather quickly and well done, quiet environment even with all the dining area half full. Price was good for all that we got, had appetizers, meals, desserts, and drinks for 3 for about $75 total, took a full box of left overs home. Volcano Roll was my favorite without hot sauce, Boston roll was good just not as filling. Felt like a very healthy alternative. It all tasted good, everyone loved their food, prompt service, great attentive waitress who was helpful when ordering, I noticed even the cooks were smiling and enjoying their work. Wasn’t able to lock the bathroom door, maybe that’s just me. Definitely want to come back.

theDSsucks Review was for the first location, lots of space, great beer, great service. This spot was easy to miss, not much signage, so I hope the new location is better. I recently moved so won’t have a chance to visit again. If you haven’t been, but you like great beer, give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Kas Out of the big chain fried chicken places, Krispy Krunchy chicken is my favorite chicken joint. Here’s little backstory, but the one near scott middle school on lincoln hwy closed down 2 years ago and it was a bummer to see it go away. I used to go there but It’s nice to see one open back up in coatesville. This one is located inside the primos mini market on strode ave. Parking is in the back / side on charles street. But I got a 2 piece (chicken thigh and drum stick) and it was really crispy and delicious. Both pieces were injected with hot sauce which was nice. And I could tell it was recently made due to how hot it was. Also I saw the lady inside the deli making more which was a good sign. Next up the honey biscuit is something I also recommend. So make sure you get that. Lastly definitely ask for some honey mustard sauce as it’s my favorite one.

HamSlice Fantastic BBQ! Ribs - A+, Brisket - A+, Chicken - A+ their house BBQ sauce A+. I havent tried everything yet, the owner gave my wife and I a sample of the Chili when we picked up our order, wow I cant wait to order that next time. Im very impressed, even the little Apple pies are phenomenal A++. I will be ordering every weekend. Anyone want to buy my gently used pellet smoker?
